Nestled just 1.5 miles from the town center and about 45 minutes from the twin tropical resorts of Ixtapa and Zihuatanejo, this new home was designed with environmental harmony and comfort in mind. Perfect for large groups, families, artists, surfers, yogis, and beach-goers, Casa Playa Verde is a spacious and eco-conscious retreat where you can relax and enjoy all that Mexico has to offer.

The house features five beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with its own unique character and amenities. The master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a luxurious spa tub, while the great room offers 2 king-sized beds and 2 single beds, as well as an 80-inch smart TV for movie nights. The two additional rooms each feature 2 comfortable double beds, perfect for families or groups of friends. And for those seeking a little more privacy, the casita offers 2 double beds, a kitchenette, and an ensuite bathroom. With plenty of space for up to 20 guests, Casa Playa Verde is the perfect place to gather and celebrate with friends and family.

In addition to the comfortable bedrooms, Casa Playa Verde also boasts a range of luxurious amenities to make your stay even more enjoyable. You'll find a ping pong table for friendly competitions, hammocks for lazy afternoons, and a 10-ft deep infinity pool with a waterfall that you can dive from. . Inside, you'll find a commercial-grade kitchen and under our poolside palapa there is 14-ft live edge table with plenty of seating for al fresco dining, perfect for hosting dinner parties or game nights. The house also features daily housekeeping to ensure that everything is always in tip-top shape, as well as a safe in the master bedroom and Starlink wifi with a 200 Mbps speed, the fastest wifi in all of Troncones.

Please note that from July to early December, the beach is difficult to access from the house due to high tide. During this time, you'll need to walk about 100 meters of rocky shoreline to reach the sand. In all other months, it is easy to access the sandy beach via the house's private beach access, which involves about 14 stairs.

For a day trip, consider visiting the nearby areas of Ixtapa and Zihuatanejo, where you'll find a variety of attractions and activities to enjoy.

In Ixtapa, you can visit the 18-hole Marina Ixtapa Golf Course, go parasailing or boogie boarding at El Palmar Beach, rent Hobiecats or Wave Runners, and explore the restaurants, boutiques, and shopping malls. In Zihuatanejo, you can stroll along the picturesque waterfront, visit La Ropa Beach for lunch, shop for local arts and crafts, and see the fishermen bring in their catch.
