Amazing/unreal house, terrible rental service
We had such an amazing time at this property, the photos of the house are exactly as pictured. The pool & beach views are incredible and the home is clean, with a ton of space for a friends or couple weekend or a family trip. We did not want to leave!!! However the only reason for the low rating is the rental company associated with this property was beyond rude and difficult. I booked this house for my bachelorette weekend, I am 32 years old with friends (ages 32-38) most that are pregnant or mothers and when we went to pick up the keys this one woman from East Rentals Island was very condescending telling us we're lucky she's even letting us stay there since they do not allow bachelorette trips at the home. In no way were we throwing parties or having a rowdy weekend, it was intended to be a relaxing beach weekend with my closest friends and family and instead of this woman just reinforcing the rules (no noise after 10pm), which we completely understood, she continued to talk down to us making me think there was going to be an issue all weekend. Also to note my sister reached out a few weeks prior to the rental company, asking if we could decorate the home her bride to be sister, so they were aware of the bachelorette trip. Thankfully no one bothered us all weekend, again as it was a calm beach weekend, and it ended up just being an issue when picking up the keys only. So nothing more to report on beyond the extremely unnecessary welcome to the island.

Brianna, Thank you for choosing Bella Vista for your Isle of Palms girls getaway and for taking the time to review your experience. We are happy to hear you found the home amazing and had a calm relaxing weekend. We did unfortunately have a rocky start to your trip when we did, many times, let you know that an early check in was not guaranteed and would not be as early as you requested. We did find the vendor that you hired at the home, without our permission to set up and decorate before noon. As listed in the contract you signed, we do not allow parties, weddings, receptions or events at our homes. An email about this, the noise ordinance and about not decorating was sent to one of your guests several weeks before as well as the check in time. At all of our check ins, we give a copy of the noise ordinance, parking permits and reminders about occupancy, parties, music, etc., you were not singled out and we are sorry you felt like you were. The Perfect Family Celebration
The first thing we noticed about the property was how CLEAN and well-maintained it was! The staging when we first entered was soo impressive. This was our first weekend for just the ladies of our family and we could not have been more please with our accommodations, the friendliness of the property management team and the truly spectacular sunsets! Rent this property! You won't regret it!!

Perfect
Everything from location to amenities to cleanliness was perfect. We had a wonderful long weekend with our 3 kids and 9 grandkids. Plenty of comfortable beds for everyone. Huge dining table. Realtor was great too. Highly recommend! The Fitzpatricks.

Walter, Thank you for staying at Bella Vista. This home is actually one of the premier Ocean Blvd homes on Isle of Palms. The Isle of Palms oceanfront homes prices can be a bit shocking to some when it is their first time booking. Ocean front homes here are a premium, especially the newer ones. East Islands Rentals

Beautiful house for family get together
What a beautiful house and location! Clean, large, handicap accessible this house has it all including awesome beach front. Great communication and easy check in and check out.

Great stay
We had a wonderful week and it is a beautiful property. The outdoor space in particular was fantastic, as was the proximity to the beach. The only negatives were the outdoor grill wasn't in great shape and the lighting on the outdoor stairs needs to be better to avoid risk of falls at night. But overall we can't say enough good things about this property.

Wish we could have stayed longer!
Our family — 3 generations — stayed in this spectacular house the week of Hurricane Dorian. It is truly incredible!! Beautifully furnished, awesome pool, comfortable beds, lovely beach. And there is so much to do at IOP. We were SO disappointed to be evacuated after only 2 days, 5 days short of our intended week’ stay. So many have suffered terrible losses from this storm — we can’t complain about our situation. We were able to find another special VRBO on lake Wylie in Charlotte. We fully intend to rent this lovely IOP house next year...but plan to avoid hurricane season. Many thanks to East Island rentals and the owner of this amazing house!
