"This was a spacious house to spread out and relax in. Great, well equipped kitchen. Bring your own salt+pepper tho. Perfect for Sierra at Tahoe and close to Holiday Market and area restaurants but avoids the traffic closer to the lake. The management company texted a lot before and during our stay with helpful messages and reminders and I could have don't without that but rather too much communication than not enough."

"We had a great week here. The house was tucked away in the back corner of the neighborhood and backed up to forest, so it felt very private. It was more than enough space for the 4 of us, including our teenage daughter and her friend. The beds were all comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked and had everything we needed. Rebecca, the host was proactive in communications for check in and check out and very responsive with the 1 question I had during our stay."

"When we walked in to the home we were speechless! It was more beautiful than the pictures. The kids were in the snow for hours, throw in the pool, hot tub and pool table and you have an amazing place to enjoy family. We all were so impressed by the beauty of this home and the views from every window. The location was wonderful and we felt like we had so much space, as it was so peaceful but close enough to town. We hope to come back again to enjoy this peaceful, beautiful home."

"Where do i start first we drove up early to play in snow and host Barry was more than helpful. Next they clean the place from top to bottom smell so good right before got there. The wood fire heat the whole place nicely. There is a lot of games to play already there."

"This was a great property and the location was a dream from my perspective bringing 3 kids and 2 dogs as it’s on a quiet street across from forest land with a hill that was perfect for snow play. Owner was great with communication and accommodating a late checkout. Neighbors were friendly, would stay again!"

"Absolutely gorgeous place! My friends and I enjoyed every minute of our experience. When outside, you're in a spectacular location on the river. When inside, it feels more like a high-end hotel rather than a motel. When you're comfy in bed, the only reminder that you're in a forest is the soothing sound of the river. The staff are great people! We shared a bonfire in the evening and enjoyed conversations! "

Funcionários "perdidos" e pouca manutenção
"Tivemos uma indicação deste hotel que antes era Hard Rock, mas passou a ser da rede Golden Nuggets, só que os funcionários pareciam estar perdidos, principalmente no momento do check-in que não encontravam minha reserva e depois de localizar cobraram o valor errado no cartão do meu marido, de uma reserva de outro hóspede. A gerente disse que já havia feito o estorno e que era para retornarmos depois para pegar o comprovante, pois estava lotada a recepção. Voltamos 2hrs depois e ela nao só não tinha feito o estorno como não gostou muito quando pedimos o recibo e que fosse assinado por ela. Fora a limpeza: muito pó no quarto e os elevadores não funcionavam, precisávamos esperar um longo tempo para utilizar o elevador dos funcionários. Resumindo: apesar da boa localização não indico este hotel. Não antes deles se reestruturar. "

"O hotel não é o que parece, não tem absolutamente nada para comer não tem nem mesmo um cafezinho. A limpeza dos quartos só acontece se fechar mais de 4 diárias ( informações passada na recepção qdo questionei q não havia ocorrido a limpeza). O quarto tem um cheiro forte que lembra cigarro, a localização não é boa, os quartos em frente ao lago, não tem a menor graça. Ou seja bem ruim a escolha e o custo alto pro que oferece."
