This is my second time staying at Andrew and Jill’s place, (July 2021 and July 2022). This home never disappoints! We spent very restful days lounging by the pool, cooking in the chefs kitchen or entertaining our friends at many of the local restaurants (Porta Villa near Paseo becoming one of our local favorites). The home is well equipped, comfortable for families and close to excellent shopping, restaurants, coffee bars, museums and golfing. The property is nestled in a quiet neighborhood approximately 20 min to downtown Palm Springs along Highway 111. Andrew is very easy to get in touch with and communication with the property manager, Laura, was a breeze. We are looking forward to coming back next year as well. Thank you Andrew and Jill!

Simply. Amazing.
What a beautiful oasis in Indian Wells! This home exudes comfort, beauty, and amenities. Open layout with a large common area flanked on each end with the bedrooms. Andrew and Jill thought of everything to make our visit a seamless one. We enjoyed the hot tub and the open kitchen for cooking as well as the ample seating for television viewing. The location was perfect for our tournament at Indian Wells Tennis Garden just 2 miles away. Palm Springs was about 25 minutes away. Loved staying here and would highly recommend to others to rent this beautiful home.

A Little Slice of Heaven
We had a wonderful stay (July 2021). Andrew’s property is in a quiet neighborhood, centrally located off Hwy 111 with lots of shopping and restaurants near by. It’s the perfect location for R&R. Golfing, vintage shopping, museums, and a few great neighborhood bars only minutes away. Cozy home with a large pool, great for families and entertaining. My only suggestion is to replace some of the “older” and well loved cooking pots and pans. For a one-month stay, I went out and purchased my own so that I could fully enjoy the chefs kitchen. Overall, we had a wonderful time in this beautiful home and will definitely stay again.

Great House, Great Location
This was our first time staying at Andrew and Jill’s home in Indian Wells, and we loved it. The house looked just like the pictures showed on the internet. The backyard and pool were fantastic. Amazing saltwater pool. Location, Location, Location. A vacation home or a permanent resident, Indian Wells is the place to be. Very centrally located, very quiet neighborhood, and spectacular views out in front. Great place to walk or ride the bikes that are available to you around the neighborhood. Joe was great, and very quick to respond to us when the air conditioning broke, We can’t wait to come back and stay here again. Thanks again Andrew, Jill, and Joe for a great 6 weeks even with record breaking temperatures in June. Thank You

Wonderful stay in Indian Wells
Andrew’s place is perfect for a relaxing break, with everything you might need. I loved it so much I extended my stay to 5 weeks! It’s clean, comfortable, wonderfully located in a quiet neighbourhood and is as great as it looks in pictures. Definitely a place you’ll keep coming back to. Thanks Andrew.

This home is simply beautiful, clean, fun, comfortable and is truly everything you could ever want, all while in the most desired place in the desert, Indian Wells. We’ve now enjoyed this property multiple times and can’t imagine spending our family vacation anywhere else. Simply stunning!
We recently had the chance to rent this property for our November golf trip to Palm Springs. We were not disappointed! The house itself is beautiful - and we particularly enjoyed the outdoor pool and spa area. The property manager was super responsive and arranged to meet us upon our arrival to walk us through the details. We had a wonderful stay here and look forward to returning at some point in the future!

Best Vacation Home
We have stayed in various vacation homes across the States and this is by far our favorite one. The house is set up perfectly for our family with two little ones. The pool area is beautiful. The whole thing is so dreamy. We will be booking again shortly to return next year! Oh and Andrew and Joe are fabulous to deal with!

Perfect!
The house was everything we hoped it would be, and exactly as presented in the photos here. It was immaculate and clean, well equipped with everything we needed. The salt water pool was perfect too, just the right size and so much nicer than chlorine pools, we enjoyed it very much. The neighborhood is very quiet, although the property has other houses on three sides, it is not overlooked at all and the garden and pool are completely private. We didn’t see or hear any of the neighbors during our 10 day stay so it totally felt like the secluded retreat we were looking for. The owner was easy to work with in planning our visit and the property manager was super friendly and helpful during our stay. Indian Wells is an excellent location for exploring the Coachella Valley and there is easy access to all the shops and dining choices you could wish for within just a few minutes drive. We hope to make many return visits.

Beautiful home!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. The kitchen and outdoor amenities made for a wonderful vacation for our family. We opened up the many patio doors each day to gentle breezes and never needed a/c. My husband especially enjoyed the outdoor shower next to the master bathroom with full privacy and a gorgeous mountain view. This is a beautiful home in a great location.

awesome house!
This is an amazing house! This was our fourth visit to the Coachella valley and this house was by the far the best house we’ve stayed in. The pool is a great size. The neighborhood is wonderful. The property had everything we needed. The full house audio is a great touch. From the property manager meeting us at the house to the stay, everything was perfect. We definitely will stay in this house again!

Best rental of the desert
Our week long stay here was simply perfect. Everything it says in the description is 100% spot on. My family comes out once a year for a golf tournament and we will definitely be back at this property. I would recommend to anyone. Thanks again Andrew!

Beautiful House but not as advertised
The house and yard are beautiful. We were attracted to the property because of the yard and ammenities. Knowing that we would need to work during our stay and recognizing how hot April in Palm Springs can be, the outdoor mister system was key in our search of properties. As was the indoor / outdoor sound system (we don't watch TV but we do listen to music). Neither of those systems were working. Furthermore, the alarm system is not functional and there is no safe to lock passports, jewlery, etc. up in. We contacted the owner about the sound system and his direction was to contact Joe, the caretaker, we let Andrew know that Joe was the one who noticed the sound system was not working at our arrival walk-through. There was no follow-up or response. The shower in the ensuite has a decent leak (the wall is actually separating), so to avoid doing further damage we used the secondary shower for most of our stay. As for location, the neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. There are not any walkable amenities so if you're going for dinner or out, be prepared to drive. All in all, the house is beautiful, it just needs some attention and repair. The issues are minor and should not deter you from renting, just be aware that not all of the advertised ammenities were functioning for our stay. Had these been functioning it would have been a 5*+ review. As others have mentioned, Joe is phenomenal. Please contact Joe and not Grace, as she is Joe's wife who passed away last November. Her name and number are still listed on all of the documentation as a contact. The pool and groundskeepers also did an excellent job.

Hello Kim, I am so sorry that the misting system and the audio system was not working properly in the home. The misting system is being replaced but we were in no rush as typically we do not turn in on until May when the weather gets hot enough to use it. With regards to the audio system, it looks like the previous guests must have played with the system and caused it not to work. Joe with some simply changing of switches got it to work just fine. Glad you enjoyed the home itself and we will try harder to ensure faster fixes but as mentioned, we are not a hotel with an in-house maintenance staff so sometimes certain fixes if not deemed to be an emergency may take a few days to attend to.

Spectacular Desert Getaway
Lovely home in Indian Wells - a perfect location for exploring the Coachella Valley and all it has to offer. With a mid-century aesthetic this well appointed home was very comfortable and well equipped. We especially appreciated the outside pool and spa area with multiple areas for sitting and relaxing. Truly a special property and we look forward to a return visit.

Indian Wells Getaway
This home was exactly what we needed for a nice get away. The property was as beautiful as in the photos and was very comfortable. The check in was quite easy and Joe was great. All amenities were there and awesome. We would definitely come back to this home and hope to next year!

Our 3rd Stay - Still Great!
This was our 3rd stay in 3 years at this wonderful property. It remains a great location in Indian Wells within a quiet neighborhood. You are within 15 minutes of virtually anything you need. The outdoor space is amazing with a great pool that we enjoyed each and every day. Relaxing in the hot tub at night under the stars without any noise around you is very memorable. The indoors comes with comfy beds and a well equipped kitchen. We can't wait to come back yet again!

I chose to go out of my comfort zone here with the contemporary. Change is good. Was bummed the living room lumpy striped chairs weren't available. There are a couple things I'd recommend. Blackout window panels / shutters in the dining & living to allow some privacy when workers are doing their job and to minimize brightness for those who have a hard time sleeping (master & middle bedroom) with stainless french doors. Or add fixed panels onto the interior french doors. That's it. Joe is fantastic and available whenever needed.

Anything you can wish for and more!
House is very nicely decorated and very well kept. There is anything available that you can think of. A/C is working great (separate units for Master area and the rest!). Very quiet and secure area ... we were the first time in Indian Wells ... this is just paradise in the desert! Joe is extremely helpful and can be reached any time. Thanks again! We‘ll be back!

We enjoyed our stay at this house. It was adequately stocked with everything that you need for your stay and the management was responsive. The misters were not working during our week stay. This was a huge disappointment and was one of the main reasons we chose this property to begin with. We would not rent here again unless, and only if they were working. The grapefruit tree was nice to provide fresh grapefruits.

Great Location, Well Maintained Property
We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend renting this property. The location is perfect, minutes away from El Paseo, Costco, golf, etc. in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood in Indian Wells. The property manager met us right on time, explained the house and was very easy to deal with. The house itself is very nice and well maintained. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, etc. and even some food staples (such as oatmeal). The backyard makes the house. It is large, with grass, fruit trees, Thank you!great sitting areas and the pool is fabulous. I highly recommend the Indian Wells area and you won't be disappointed booking this house. Thank you!

Excellent!
From the moment we rented this fabulous home, everything went perfectly! Joe met us and gave us the low-down on operations. He's very good and answered all our questions, besides just being a good guy! The home was exactly as presented, comfortable, stylish and convenient to anything we needed. Love the outdoor fireplace and ability to wake up and go for a swim before breakfast. A bonus for us was the grapefruit tree! We had fresh squeezed juice all day long. When this home was designed/furnished, they obviously had a certain quality in mind, and attained it!. Highly recommend to anyone looking to spend time in the desert.

Our 2nd Visit - Still Love It
This is our 2nd visit to this property. I won't repeat myself, so see our review from Nov 2016. All the same comments still apply. The property is still the same and very well maintained/cleaned. The owner (Andrew) continues to upkeep the property and make investment in items like the new microwave and stove (which work great by the way). The ongoing maintenance and investment is what truly makes this property stand out from all the others. Another wonderful visit that ended much too soon. Can't wait to come back again!

Wonderful family vacation
Our family has stayed at this house many times and it is always wonderful! The reservation process is very smooth and the owner responds quickly to emails. The property manager greeted us upon arrival and explained everything about the house, and was also available during our stay for any other questions. The house is in a great location in a quiet neighborhood. It is as in the pictures and is very clean and modern. The pool is beautiful and we enjoyed it as much as our kids! The kitchen had everything we needed and there is also a barbeque. It is always a pleasure to return to this house, and we hope to stay here again on our next vacation to California.

Just as represented on home away.
Most practical and best swimming pool we've ever had in a rental. We had very hot weather for the week and it was a life saver. Master bed was great. Loved the property. Walks to Eisenhower Memorial and had a tournament at El Dorado Country Club. Very convenient location to Palm Desert or La Quinta. Highly recommend.

We love this home!
We have stayed in this home on 4 separate trips to Indian Wells, and we enjoy it more with each visit. The kitchen is well appointed and the property is well maintained and updated. The caretaker, Joe , is friendly and quick to fix any problem that may occur. The back yard is private and is landscaped beautifully. This is quintessential Desert living, you will love it too!

Great house! Excellent Location!
This is a fantastic pick if you are looking to visit the Palm Springs area. You can't beat it if you are looking for a spacious and modern home that is setup very well to just arrive and start your relaxation. The master bedroom and bathroom are absolutely massive. The other two bedrooms also have a good amount of space in them as well and are all very comfortable. Nobody with us had any issues with the comfort of the beds. The kitchen and living room are very large and are nice and open. You can enjoy conversation sitting in the living room while someone is preparing a meal. The inside fireplace is also a nice touch that we would turn on in the evenings when it would cool down outside. The backyard is fabulous. You obviously spend most of your time outside while here and this yard doesn't disappoint. The pool and hot tub were great and easy to use. In prior VRBO rentals in the area, we have had challenges with the pool system and getting it to heat properly etc. This system is very easy and runs itself for the most part. The seating area outside was great and allowed for us to relax comfortably when not in the pool. Another plus are all the towels provided. That might seem like a small item, but you truly appreciate having that many towels when you make a lot of use of the pool. The property overall is very well maintained and kept very clean. The furniture was very new in the living room and you could tell a lot of attention is paid to maintaining the property in great condition. The property manager (Joe), did a great job as well. He met with us upon arrival and showed us the home. He even came by mid-week to drop off some tabs for the washer so we could do more laundry. We would not hesitate to book this property again. Judging by how booked up the calendar looks, we aren't alone in that thought.

Alles was vorher im Internet zu sehen war, hat die Realtität noch übertroffen, man kann dieses Freiendomozil nur empfehlen, Es hat schon beim Einchecken angefangen, sehr herzlich, man fühlte sich sofort heimisch...selten haben wir so etwas erlebt, und ich meine wir sind schon verwöhnt .

Idyllic Indian Wells Home
This is a wonderful desert home full of all the amenities you could wish for. It's perfect for a relaxing holiday where you can simply lay back and soak up the peace and quiet and of course the sun by the wonderful poolside. This was the perfect get away for our family. The home is spectacular and exceeded our expectations. We loved everything about it : the decor, sound system, landscaping and of course the pool! Our 3 yr old daughter was in heaven and this was the perfect home for our 7 month olds first trip . The service from Joe was exceptional and all my interactions with Andrew were wonderful. We will remember this fabulous relaxing vacation for a long time. Hope to come back soon

What a great house and Neighborhood!
Our family of 7 stayed here in October. The weather was amazing and the pool was well used both morning and afternoon. We loved the bright colors of the home and the unique decor. Rent without any reservations.
