Clean and tidy with a convenient location
The cottage is in a quiet location, yet easily accessed off a main road. The place was clean and equipped with comfortable beds. Would recommend and stay here again.

Large comfortable house
This is a lovely spacious house just a short drive ir 15 minute walk to main st Hyannis. The weather was not great while we were there so did not get to use the large deck and lovely garden. 2 full bathrooms was a bonus with tons of towels. It had a nice fireplace but despite many texts to the management company to get the pilot light lit they did not get it done during our 3 night stay. Luckily the heating worked well for the cold evenings we had. Overall a relaxing stay.

Enjoyed our stay
home was nicely decorated, well equipped, clean, good location. The photo shows a fire pit but the fire pit had a sign on it "DO Not Use" so that was disappointing for us.

Great Stay for Family
The house is very well maintained inside and out, and very clean. The interior is beautiful with Cape Cod themed decor. The deck is nice and clean too, with a bbq grill. Location is great, close to Main Street and beaches. Kitchen is well equipped with nice kitchenware. The beds and pillows are comfy. There are plenty of towels with extras in the closets. Outdoor shower is great for washing sand off after visiting the beach. The clothes dryer was not working, but I was very impressed with how responsive the property manager was. We called and someone came to replace it in a few hours. The outdoor shower area was missed by the cleaning team as there were items left by the previous guests. I would also recommend stocking more big garbage bags in the house. Overall still a great stay for family of 5. I will book this house again.

House was cute and clean. Great deck.
Need a toilet paper holder and shade on window in master bathroom. Some type of curtain in slider in kitchen would be nice. Multiple appliances in house did not work properly. No hot water in kitchen sink. Issues were reported to property manager. Nothing was fixed during our stay.

Everything We Needed
House was exactly what was described in the listing and photos. We had a wonderful time and had everything we needed. Kids had a blast in the yard and using the fire pit.

Perfect weekend get away!
We found this lovely three bedroom house to be cozy and very clean. The deck, outside shower and firepit were a wonderful addition and allowed us to spend a lot of time outside. It was a very quiet neighborhood and it was a very quick walk to the beach.

Good little house to rent. Only issue I had was 2 separate lock boxes with 3 sets of keys.....I would rent it again though.

Great house
We loved the property. The only thing we had a small issue with was lack of paper products- no papertowels or extra toilet paper. I liked the contactless check- in and check out but had a few questions before and during our stay and was unable to get answers.

Very clean & cozy
The house was warm, inviting and nicely decorated. It was immaculate with a fully equipped kitchen. Outdoor shower was great. The yard with the fire pit was fun, very private and quiet. Great place for just adults but also very kid friendly. Easy 10 minute drive to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Will definitely go back.

Great place to stay!
The home was great. The porch, outdoor fire pit and outdoor shower made it easy to transition from beach to dinner to relaxing time:). The home was delightful. Open, cozy yet spacious. The only recommendation I have is bringing your own toilet paper and paper towels. The supplied amount was not enough for a 5 night stay. The yard was lovely and well done with attractive landscaping. We would stay here again!
