Experiencia Maravilhosa
Hotel incrível, excelente em todos os quesitos. Comida, segurança, atendimento, conservação. Contudo, achei o taxi particular do hotel caro. Para ir ao shopping 4 km do hotel custa 200 liras egípcias. Mas fica a critério de cada hospede utilizar o serviço ou pedir um Uber. Também paguei por um quanto vista para o mar e na minha estada a vista era para o tobogã do parque aquático, não valeu a pena.

Great surprise in the Red Sea - for all inclusive
The Hotel is gorgeous! There are 20 pools some of those heated. 5 restaurants for dinner upon previous booking, with a cost of 10 Euros per person, very reasonable for us, if you do not want to join the crowds in the 2 regular buffet restaurants. The Paradisio beach kiosk is fabulous! Nice snacks - great view and lounge vibe... The slides by the beach are also a great experience and free of extra charges! good surprise. The hotel has a full infra structure for water sports, like diving, snorkeling, and a full-equiped kite kiosk with coaches and 1st level equipment for rent at reasonable price. The room was very spacious, maintenance inside could be better, but overall hotel is fab! Worths the visit. Loved the Asian fusion and Lebanese restaurants.

Un service de chambre de grande qualité par Hamada. Et une équipe d'animation très investie proposant des activités adaptées à tous les âges.

1ère vacances en Égypte. Nous sommes tombé amoureux de l'hôtel. Il est immense d'une part mais surtout l'attention du personnel la propreté... Chambre belle et spacieuse. Piscine propre restaurant propre Nous avons été accueilli par Amel la seule qui parle français dans l'hôtel mais même avec un anglais approximative le personnel est très aimable et patient. Petit clin d'œil à khaled aussi petit jeune qui nettoyait la chambre tout les jours. Franchement rien à dire il y a de quoi s'amuser et passer du bon temps dans cette hotel. Nous avons eu 2 bémols le prix du spa exorbitants et la réservation des restaurant à la carte qui n'était pas facile,nous avons pu que réserver 1seul restaurant. Mais ça n'a biensur pas impacté notre séjour. Rien de négatif dans cette hôtel on a tout adoré et nous le recommandons vivement à notre entourage.

It was a good trip and the hotel is good. The property is a bit tired in places and the food could be a bit hit and miss. The pools were great and the slides a hit. Spa also good. The gym was very sad and needs to be updated and the WiFi is poor. The guest relations team worked hard to fix the (minor) issues we reported. Lots of praise to Osman on the omelette station at breakfast.

With regards to your comments about our bit tired property, we would like to highlight that the hotel is in full operation 365 days a year and updates are subject to an ongoing process, when and as needed, for example with grouting, upholstery renovations, polishing works, paintings etc. Although we have not been closed for full renovations, we do our best to keep our rooms at a good standard, which is acknowledged by most of our guests praising the high standards of our rooms keeping in consideration that the hotel has opened in 2009. Nevertheless, we will be looking further into your kind suggestions, as we always thrive to improve ourselves in all aspects of the hotel. With regards to your comments about the wifi signal around the hotel it is highlighted in the brochure that the wifi is unlimited „limited speed” – which means that it is suitable for checking social media, but not for downloading.We hope to have the pleasure to welcome you back again in the future.Best RegardsMohamed WafaHurghada Area Manager

The resort is fantastic overall. Rooms and pools are clean, the food is super (i was a bit sceptical on this but couldn't be better). Staff was friendly and helpful. The sea of the beach is very shallow, you can't enjoy it as much as you would like to but still, we didn't mind, we made the most of it and we had the perfect break from our bad weather in England. Last bad point is the WiFi, didn't work well for us, but it is a nice excuse to forget about the phone for a few days. It reached our expectations and we would recommend the place.

Stayed at Jaz Aquamarine for 6 days and we had a great time. Property is huge as its twinned with Bluemarine. Gardens, Pool and other areas are kept immaculate. There are few pool side bars which serve snack throughout afternoon. The main TOPAZ restaurant offers very good buffet. Staff are very attentive and make you feel special. There are 3 water slide pools which kid enjoyed. Would definitely recommend this hotel/resort to anyone seeking a true 5* experience.

Everything about our trip was amazing! The staff at Jaz Aquamarine are the best, they were all so helpful and accommodating, haven’t come across nicer people than them. Anything we needed, they were happy to help, from the ground staff to security, everyone was so polite and professional. Ibrahim was very courteous, whilst we were by the poolside he saw we had finished our drinks and went to get us new drinks without even asking! Saber I believe his name is, his mocktails were amazing Everytime! Mohammed Wahab at reception was so so helpful Everytime, especially as he went out of his way to assist me with a dinner booking. Thank you to everyone!

We are extremely committed to delivering the perfect holiday experience for each and every guest and are disappointed that on this occasion we failed to achieve this for you.With regards to your comments about our rooms, we would like to highlight that the hotel is in full operation 365 days a year and updates are subject to an ongoing process, when and as needed, for example with grouting, upholstery renovations, polishing works, paintings etc. Although we have not been closed for full renovations, we do our best to keep our rooms at a good standard, which is acknowledged by most of our guests praising the high standards of our rooms keeping in consideration that the hotel has opened in 2009. Nevertheless, we will be looking further into your kind suggestions, as we always thrive to improve ourselves in all aspects of the hotel. With regards to your comments about the food, we are sorry that this was not to your taste but we are catering for a number of different nationalities each with their own tastes and expectations and the majority of our guests are more than happy with the food provided. However, if you are unable to find something to suit then our chefs are more than happy to prepare something especially for you. Mauvaise experience meme dans ma suite royal .. jai quitter l'hotel avant la fin de mon séjour. Nous avons attendu la chambre de 3 heures avec un enfant en bas age , une fois intégré celle ci etait sale , la terasse avait encore un cendrier plein de megots enfil bref -800 euros pour 2 nuits du brau gachis !

Hotel is a 4 star in my opinion, got a garden view room and was ok poor Internet speeds, i booked this hotel as it had 2 indoor pools as I wanted to use for my baby, when i got there they wanted to charge 20 to 25 euros person to use which was ridiculous these charges were not on website , baby pool outside were dirty, beds were comfortable, water pressure very high, would i go back, not really as other 4 starts were much better than this so called 5 star

That's why this extra service in our hotel needs to be paid according to the Mivida's price list.With regards to the internet in the room, if you had brought this to our attention we would have been happy to send one of our IT technicians to the room to fix the problem.With regards to your comments about cleanliness in the baby pool, we would like to note that all pools are giving a deep cleaning at the end of each day and upon guests request.We would like to thank you for taking your time to review our hotel. Had a great time at the AquaMarine! The pictures do not do it justice- the grounds are immaculate, the pools are clean and some were heated, very quick and professional check in provided by Ahmed, ample selection of lounges and restaurants, ( choice of buffets or al a carte) and ALL of the staff encountered in interactions were extremely friendly and willing to get you whatever you needed. I luvd this place and would highly recommend.

We expected more from an all-inclusive resort. Expedia had on the check-in instructions that we should check in at Jazz Blue Marine even though our stay was at Jazz Aqua Marine, but we were told otherwise when we arrived. Nonetheless, the staff at reception sorted us out, and we were very well welcomed. Even though we went all-inclusive, we were informed at check-in that we could only use the two buffet restaurants throughout our stay, and we would have to book any of the other 5 available restaurants, and could only use these twice. When we tried to book it the day after our arrival, we were very disappointed to learn that only one of them had availability for the next 4 days, and even more disappointed as it wasn't one of our preferred options in the first place. Nonetheless, both of the main buffet restaurants were great, with loads of different options, all of which very tasty and fresh. The bedrooms are alright, fairly sized with a nice balcony, even though the floor didn't seem to be properly vacuumed. In any case, the housekeeping staff cleaned and tidied up every day, which was nice. There isn't a Smart TV in the bedrooms and the Wi-Fi was terrible (worse than a 3G connection), which is unacceptable in a resort of this size. The beach is disappointing as the sea level is not suitable for swimming as it is set up for sea sports only. The resort is ideal for families with kids as there are plenty of activities for them. All staff is very helpful and friendly.

We are extremely committed to delivering the perfect holiday experience for each and every guest and are disappointed that on this occasion we failed to achieve this for you.However we would like to thank you for your positive comments about our helpful and friendly staff, rooms, cleanliness, restaurants, tasty and fresh food.With regards to your comments about the wifi signal around the hotel it is highlighted in the brochure that the wifi is unlimited „limited speed” – which means that it is suitable for checking social media, but not for downloading.We do advertise that the sea is extremely shallow. Unfortunately this is part of the natural landscape here and we are unable to change this. We have applied for permission to build a jetty but a minimal amount are given permission every year in order to minimize the impact on the red sea, but we hope to be able to build one soon in order that everyone can enjoy the sea and snorkeling, although we do have a small in house reef nearby.We would like to thank you for taking your time to review our hotel.
