Unfortunately, this guest preferred to stay with his family instead of staying at the unit and thought he would be refunded. He never entered the unit and, therefore, can not give a decent review. He is the only guest EVER who could not access the unit due to not following basic instructions. When I offered to help direct the guest to the unit, I never received a callback and eventually he stated he would stay with family. There are two hosts always available to help the guests. Please look at other reviews to get a better opinion of this property.
