Hello Anne, Thank you for staying with us at Fox Hollow. I am so sorry that the internet and cable were down during your stay. Cell service can be "iffy" depending on what carrier you have. We appreciate your feedback and will look into the towels and grill. If you would of called while you were there, we would of sent someone out to fix the grill and deliver more towels.
