The house comprises 3 beautifully appointed levels. The main level features a large entranceway, a king bedroom with walk-in tile shower across the hall. It also includes the kitchen/dining/living room with L shaped seating and a large smart TV. A magnificent 9’ teak farm table easily seats 10 and connects both kitchen and living space for hours of entertaining. The kitchen is equipped with new EVERYTHING and all the extras needed to make the week complete. The kitchen leads out onto the Pergola shaded back deck. Here, you’ll enjoy a flowering landscape that provides a natural barrier for privacy, a backyard equipped with a Weber Gas Grill, a second teak table for comfortable outdoor dining for 10, and additional seating on the deck, brick patio and lawn, as well as a stone fire pit. The lower level has: a queen bedroom; and a second room with a sleeper sofa and 48" flat screen TV. There is a large activity room with a Ping Pong table.
