Wasn’t good as expected. The load shedding affected water pressure. We left without taking a bath.

Our stay was okay....we were there for 4nights. The rooms are nice and spacious. What I didn't like was that our room was not cleaned for the first 2days and their breakfast does not include coffee/tea/juice/water, you have to buy it separately. We appreciated when they notified us about he electricity issue that took place. Would I recommend my other family and friends? I would NOT.

Thanks Duduzile for your feedback. We investigated your complaint and had taken action against the manager and the cleaning team. All rooms are cleaned everyday. With regards to breakfast, you will appreciate that the price point of this room is very low and breakfast is plated. Thus yea, water and juice are sold separately.

Bad experience all round
The place is not okay I booked for a one room with my partner and the was no water at first in the building we struggled to get water in the building and when we get them there is no warm water to take a bath. And when we booked the place they promised free breakfast that is not true because this was never done.The is no fridge,no microwave when you have babies don’t book because you will be disappointed.I will never recommend this place for families.

We have put a notice in every room where we state that with loadshedding, water flow is affected. The guest called me an we immoderately attended to her issue. Any help we provided her she declined. There is a breakfast for all of her clients.We are apologies for any inconvenience that she expirienced.
