The condo itself is sparse but sufficient, and everything worked well in it. The balcony is a very tight space, but that's the case with all of the Dunes sunsuites. We were immediately thrown upon arrival when I found out that parking wasn't included everything I'd already paid for. I thought I recalled paying a $50 parking fee as part of the cost of the stay, but found out that there was a $25 pass I had no purchased. I've done this before with privately-owned condos at Plantation, but was always given ample notice that this would need to be paid prior to arrival. I thought since this was under Vacasa, it was different, and as far as I can tell, I wouldn't have figured it out if not for downloading the Vacasa app. We also noticed upon arrival that the one drawer on the nightstand was completely broken. I went ahead and notified Vacasa of this, but it wasn't a big deal because we weren't going to use it, anyway. My partner found the bed uncomfortable. Overall, things went smoothly aside from those glitches. The building took significant damage from Hurricane Sally in 2020, but this unit has bounced back well.
