Fall break vacation
Another amazing stay at the Hideaway and we will go back. Everything you need from appliances, to movies for your kids is available for use. I love running around the neighborhood and visiting local hiking spots. I would highly recommend this VRBO to family and friends.

Wonderful
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this spacious, well-appointed home. Everything was spotless, and kitchen was exceptionally organized, with everything anyone could need. Coffee options were great; both capsule and loose coffee were provided. The outdoor area is vast with a nice view.

Thanksgiving family vacation
My family has stayed at many properties and locations. This particular home was the best stocked in all of our experiences. The outdoor decks bring the inside out and easily doubles the useable living area. We had 5 children under the age of 6 including 2 infants. The deck provided a secure and open area for them to safely play outside. Through no fault of the owners the area does not provide for recycling. If you are concerned about recycling come prepared to separate and take you recyclables home with you. Wonderful wildlife and views. Thank you to our hosts.

Thank you Joseph for your review. The deck is amazing & is our favorite part of our cabin. We agree recycling is an issue. We certainly appreciate that you brought this up. Unfortunately, it is very limited and not even an option from our local garbage provider. As a part-time resident, it is difficult for us to store recyclables to later dispose of off the hill so to speak. If there is some way to make it easy to do, we would surely recycle.

Perfect Getaway!
Nice, clean, comfortable place. We loved our stay. It had everything we needed. Perfect place to come back to after a long day in Yosemite. I loved having coffee and hanging out on the extra large balcony! My son loved having his own loft area upstairs. His own "little hideaway." Just a mile down to the beach. Fun watching the deer at night on the golf course! Quiet and beautiful location. Very peaceful.

Perfect!
This home is well equipped with everything. It's meticulously organized for ease of use. We enjoyed family dinners and morning coffee on the spacious. The lake nearby was a great place to cool off and paddleboard. We spent one day hiking in Yosemite and the last evening at the Iron Door Saloon listening to live music and enjoying the food. This home is in a great location. We will definitely be back!

Great friend getaway option!
4 adults with 4 kids (4/6 yrs old) had a great time staying in Pine Mountain Lake at this home. The deck is HUGE and mostly shaded, the large table fit all 8 of us for all our meals. The separation of upstairs/downstairs was perfect for two families. The hosts provided tons of kitchen equipment, beach toys/chairs/towels and overall the house was just what we needed. There is some wear in the kitchen, but that was no trouble for the price and the season of life we're in with kiddos. I highly recommend this home.

Pine Mountain 4th of July Getaway
We had a wonderful stay at Debi and Vineet’s Pine Mountain Lake home! The home was in a quiet mountain area with a view of the lake from a spectacular deck. The house was in excellent condition and stocked with so much of what we needed: beach towels, beach chairs, large gas grill, and even assorted condiments. We highly recommend this home and hope to return each year.

Great Pine lake retreat!
We were very happy here with the beautiful surroundings and proximity to the lake and other fun outings like a trip to Columbia or some time in Groveland. The place is very welcoming with a generously well stocked kitchen, lots of comfortable furniture, beach towels and chairs. The owner have clearly put a lot of though into all of this. They were also quick to communicate in answer to any questions and kindly gave us some flexibility on check in and check out times. Highly recommended!

The home was very well set up with almost anything needed. The front covered deck was spacious and a great place to hang out. Yosemite is an easy drive away (although Highway 120 was closed due to weather-related maintence) . The nearby golf course was very nice.

Very clean and nice property.
This was the property we booked initially, but on the day of arrival, the property owner notified us about the problem with AC and offered to stay in a different house with working AC. It wasn't the news we wanted to hear, but we didn't have much choice. We took the offer. We were very pleased to find out that the other house was as nice as the house we initially booked. It was very clean, well equipped with anything you need on your trip from a gas grill to the good quality clean beach towels. The working AC made our trip even more comfortable and enjoying because the temperature was reaching 100 F. The house was located 15 min walk from the Dunn beach. Thank you to Debi and Vineet for making our vacation as good as it could be. We are going to stay with you again next year.

Excellent stay in Yosemite Hideaway
This was our first experience with a VRBO, and it exceeded all my expectations! It was clean and spacious. It was so nice to spread everyone out with multiple bedrooms and two bathrooms. The property owners were only an email or text away and answered my questions promptly. The deck was wonderful for dinners and breakfasts, and beautiful views! We will definitely stay again if we venture to Yosemite again in the future!

Great Property
This is a very clean and well appointed property. I was surprised at how many things were available for quests, such as coolers, beach towels, and lots of things in the kitchen-spices, zip lock bags, coffee, sugar, etc. The deck is great and has views with long sight lines of far off hills and the lake down below. The drive to yosemite is about 45 minutes, then another 45 to the valley. Im not going to lie, 90 minutes each way gets tiring fast so if you plan to go to the park for 3 days you may want to spread them out rather than go consecutive. Id definitely recommend staying inside the park but this is a great alternative if you plan last minute and can't find anything or just want other amenities like golf or the pool and lake. Plus it's much cheaper. The golf course was nice, deer sat around on almost every hole. Overall a great experience and a rental I highly recommend.

Restful stay
We had a great time staying in this property. The community in which the house is located is very well organized, maintained and secure. In addition, the house it’s located less than 10 mins away from the local supermarket and downtown. Moreover the entrance to Yosemite is less than 40 mins away. We could have not asked for more central location. We would love to stay here again soon. Side note: After our stay, my nephew left his music book and notebook and Debi, the host, was extremely helpful and accommodating in returning it back to him. Thank you Debi!

Perfect Holiday Getaway
Debi and Vineet's home is lovely and comfortable, and was perfect for our extended family over the holidays. We had everything we needed and then some. Views off of the front deck are spectacular! We would definitely rent this home again!

Well stocked and cozy
The house was a great set up for my family of 4! The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with many things I have not typically seen at a VRBO. The hosts were very helpful with a lot of communication before the stay and even during the stay just to check in on us. The deck was wonderful. We went to Yosemite 2 of the days which was a little drive but not bad. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to return.

Great Stay at Pine Mountain lake
Our two week stay was perfect. Our hosts are so thoughtful of their guests. They were available whenever I had a question, and the home was so clean and so well outfitted. A great vacation home! The beach towels were great to have already available. The lake was so wonderful. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking terrific meals. And the DECK! It is huge! I sat in the rocking chair in the morning to read and we ate outside around the table in the evening and the views of the lake and mountains were so relaxing. Our extended family really enjoyed their stay and the baby pack n play and high chair made traveling so much simpler. And then there is Yosemite is so close. We loved it. Thank you!!

Fabulous place to stay!
My family spent 5 days at Debi and Vineet’s house as we explored Yosemite and their home was the perfect place to stay at. The house has everything - extremely well organized, especially in the kitchen. The spacious deck on this house is something to behold…..sitting high in the Pine Mountain Lakes region you are treated to spectacular views with a fabulous center table and chairs to enjoy coffee, dinner, or just to hang out on. The house is clean and extremely comfortable - we were there in extreme heat and the home’s A/C worked great to keep us all comfortable. Our family of 6 fit comfortably with room to spare - there was space for two more if needed. And, above all, Debi and Vineet were so responsive to us before and during our stay, checking in on us to ensure that we had everything that we needed and providing real-time answers to a few questions that we had upon our arrival. Our day trips to Yosemite were spectacular - we travelled into and around the Valley for three all day hikes and the drive was approx 1 - 1.5 hour drive each way, but even the time in the car provided memorable sights. All in all, the stay was just what we had hoped for and this house was just perfect. We’d return again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful and thoughtfully managed property.
We loved our stay at Debi and Vineet's property. The hosts were very responsive to all of our questions. The highlight of the property is the amazing patio (tip: the patio gets flooded with early morning sunshine). The property had a lot of amenities apart from the usual such as baking and cooking vessels of several shapes and sizes, beach chairs, disposable utensils and plates etc. making it one of the most thoughtfully managed properties I've stayed at. Would definitely highly recommend the place.

Wonderful house with a ton of niceties
There really aught to be a six star button for a place like this. Wonderful and immaculate home with a stunning deck. Less than a mile walk to the lake, a trail, the pool and tennis courts. A great jumping off point for our day trips into Yosemite. In addition, there were just countless little nice things. Everything was clearly labeled, there were beach toys and blankets, a good amount of supplies and the kitchen was so amazing and well organized that I took pictures! Thank you so much!

We have stayed in many properties over the years and found this place to be a perfect getaway with just the right amenities to fit our family. We have two adult children one married with two small children. The three bedrooms accommodated each of us very comfortably. The owners attention to detail in providing all the “little things” and special touches such as pancakes fixin’s, coffee beans, shower supplies etc. made our vacation that more special. Our experience has set the bar high for our future adventures!!!

Groveland Stay
Our host was wonderful and very responsive to any of our messages. They supplied us with coffee and other items which was great. Best place for a Memorable vacation
This beautiful home was everything we could have hoped for and more for our first trip to California. It had everything you could possibly need from preparing meals to taking a dip at the lake. The beds were so comfortable. The entire house was immaculate. The huge deck was perfect for breakfast outside as well as a cocktail at night under the stars. Saying it was user-friendly would be an understatement. Owners had easy to use instructions from the outside umbrella to the huge washer and dryer. No reading required - just push 1, 2 3 and 4! Truly the place to stay for the most relaxing vacation.

lovely Cabin
This was our first experience with renting a cabin for our short Yosemite visit; It will not be last. This Cabin was clean, has more than what we expect and more than what you would ask for. Description and check in process was out standing, the owner return your text fairly quickly. Area was safe, with close by shipping place for your needs. Entertainment with board games and 100s of DVD for the kids. Surprisingly they have Piano that my daughter loved (as she is learning piano). The Deck was the amazing part, with the nice weather that you can not miss out side sitting with family for few hours before heading to bed. We love this experience thank you.

This house is around 24 miles from the entrance to Yosemite and proved the perfect place to spend a few days exploring the area. The house was very clean and well stocked with everything you could possibly need and it was lovely to spend evenings on the decking watching the shooting stars. We could have spent a lot longer here and I would definitely recommend this house.

Great Hideaway
We had a fantastic time in this property. It had great indoor and outdoor spaces for our family of 8 to group and talk. Good facilities for TV watching. The kitchen was small but well stocked with everything for cooking. The grill worked well too. The location was excellent to get into Yosemite, and the pool and lake were great. Loved it!

Great property in a great neighborhood
We stayed here in July 2019 with our two adult children while visiting Yosemite. Loved the house, great amenities, clean, and a fantastic location for both being close enough to the Yosemite Valley and for being part of a great neighborhood in Pine Mountain. We spent our day off from the park enjoying hanging out at the lake and in the small town of Groveland...check out the Iron Door Saloon! The deck was fantastic! Big with nice furniture to hang out and enjoy the evening, eventually seeing more stars than I’ve ever seen anywhere. I’d stay here all over again.

Loved the property. Had everything we needed. The deck was awesome. It did get a little warm upstairs but downstairs was nice and cool. The only issue was the rules in the gated community. We headed to the lake on a Sat but found out no parking unless permanent resident which was a bummer for Grandkids. Also had to wait in line a couple of times to get back in main gate. Well Thought Out
Not only is this a great location for a visit to Yosemite the house was the most well thought out rental I’ve ever seen. From the kitchen stocked with more than just essentials (including coffee and filters) to beach towels and coolers for day trips. Most of the outlets and lamps even have integrated USB ports to keep all of your devices charged! The neighborhood itself is nice too - I was able to play pickleball with the local group one morning and we spent a whole day at the beach which was a surprisingly great “off” day from the park.

Nice house, nice neighborhood, but not treated as though we fully belonged in the neighborhood.
Nice house: The house was very well furnished, with nice furniture, a very nice view of the mountains from the front deck, nicely-appointed kitchen, very nice washer and dryer set, and overall very comfortable and clean. The front deck had an incredible view of the mountains, only partially obstructed by power lines across the street, and the deck had a lot of loose screws and popped up boards, and needed some basic TLC. There was a single central AC/heat system in the house which worked fine at night and on cooler days, but on hot sunny days it became quite hot upstairs due to radiant heating from the roof--we chose to open the upstairs windows and door and blow cooler air into the house using a fan vs. running the window-banger AC. An attic fan to pull cooler air up from downstairs might make more sense. Good location: The property was convenient to grocery, pool, and lake, and about 1.25hrs drive from Yosemite valley. Nice neighborhood: The neighborhood pool and lakefront were very festive on hot afternoons, and the neighbors that we talked to at the pool and lakefront were nice. Unpublished neighborhood rules: We booked this property roughly 9 months prior to travel, and were told 1 week before that it is in a gated community with a $31 weekly guest fee, entrance through only the main gate, and preference for neighborhood amenities (pool and lakefront) given to residents. Unfortunately we were told upon entry that (1) we would be asked to leave the pool in lieu of owners if the pool reached capacity and (2) that we had to park on the street at the lakefront because the parking lot was reserved for owners. They still liked our money at the lakefront concession. Overall it wasn't a big deal, but would have been nice to know these "rules" at time of booking. Limited wifi: We were also told a week before arrival that the wi-fi is not unlimited and that we would be charged $10/GB for every day which we use more than 4GB. Telling our teen and tween that they couldn't stream any shows or movies for a full week was painful. The selection of DVDs was extensive but targeted to younger children. Four mod's would make this perfect IMHO (1) disclosing the neighborhood issues up front, (2) some TLC on the front deck (3) a better wifi data policy or service and (4) a better solution for the temp difference between up and downstairs. Not to dwell on the negative, we did really enjoy our time at this house, and would definitely come back!

Thank you, Shawn, for the feedback. The issues you mentioned regarding the TLC on our deck & the upstairs cooling are been addressed. We apologies for the "rules" within the community and will make it more clear in our listing for future bookings.

Great cabin
This cabin is better than advertised. Very clean and well organized and the owners were very easy to work with. You first walk in and get that feeling this looks better than the pictures, it has everything you could want for comfort, the kitchen is well stocked with anything you might need to prepare a great meal. I plan to rent this same cabin again on my next trip to Yosemite my family had a great time.

A quiet mountain hideaway
We came to experience Yosemite National Park for a week, and we did, leaving our mountain retreat in Groveland before sunrise and returning after sunset. So we didn't get to experience the peace and solitude of the area and the property in its fullest. But the cabin felt like home, was well stocked with anything you could possibly need, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the views amazing.
