The Reception Personnel are exceptional and the bulk of the Wait Staff are also exceptional. However, the dining experiences was disappointing - we signed up for a meal on a Thursday; and then Friday evening we were informed that the Rump steak was replaced by Veal Shoulder steak (grizzle and fat). This was explained by a logistics issue - however, it was offered the next night when the hotel had more patrons. But, then they also replaced the Creme Brulee with a Pear Tart?
Now to the Hotel's credit, they did comp our meals - but, we were not in search of money, we were in search of a good meal.
