Muito bom
Hotel muito bom. Bem perto do centro e aeroporto. A praia é agradável e o serviço e comida muito bons. Fiquei no esquema all inclusive e os drinks também são bons. A vista é linda. Mas não fiquei no andares mais altos, pois o barulho do café da manhã no terraço pode atrapalhar o seu sono. Os bangalôs são a melhor pedida. Ou andares até o 7o

Excelente estrutura a 10 min de carro
Local um pouco distante de Rodes, precisa de carro ou taxi que demoraria 10min e custa 15 euros. O café é dos melhores que ja vi na vida e a estrutura é das melhores da cidade. Um dos maiores hoteis, recomendo!

Como faziam questão de trocar as toalhas diariamente, apesar de no meu caso não ser necessário, por duas vezes não tinha toalhas quando precisava delas. Qto ao restaurante, a comida era em quantidade mas a qualidade para um 5* estava um pouco abaixo; A simpatia dos funcionários ultrapassa as 5*!

First trip out of the USA…
Since it is the beginning of the off season, there was plenty of parking. The room was great, check-in and check-out was quick and easy. The staff was friendly and very responsive to any and all of our requests.

It's not a 4 or 5 star hotel - it is a three, and there are problems every step of the way and it really wasn't enjoyable. The room was opposite lifts so lots of chat, housekeepers shouting and furniture being moved around. Balcony light didn't work. The bathroom had no ventilation so condensation everywhere, and flooded floor. Housekeeping gave no toilet roll and didn't come everyday. Products out of date. They made the bed and left everything else.I got two single beds pushed together. And the middle where they joined was uncomfortable - this is unacceptable for a 5 star hotel. Jacuzzi wasn't working, receptionist said 'that's the pressure, it is what it is'. I then called her a second time she said yeah it's not working. Towel system insane. Has to wait in a 20 min queue everyday for food, service bad. I informed there was a piegon in the buffet and they laughed. Poor food labelling, marked veggie when it was meat. Lack of information about facilities and classes. I wanted to give feedback but was refused an email address. Adult pool area quiet except for lifeguard talking loud on his phone. Sunbeds on beach and by the other pool uncomfortable, and towels don't cover the bed. Generally staff incredibly rude, and dinner service was bad. Waiting for drinks, arriving after I finished my meal. They had someone in a suit to show you to a table and then that's it, completely ignored. It took them 25 minutes one night to bring a card machine.

Nagyon figyelmes személyzet, profi hozzáállás, a konyha minősége szuper (bár az ebédválaszték olykor az 5 csillaghoz képest kicsit szűkös volt). Az all inclusive ellátásnál furcsa volt, hogy karszalag helyett mindig be kellett mondani a szobaszámomat és nem volt önkiszolgáló lehetőség üdítőital vagy ásványvíz beszerzésére. A konditeremben 1-2 eszköz még elférne. A takarítás mindig hibátlan volt. Az ablak hangszigetelése kiemelkedő, a központi klíma a legjobb, amit eddig szállodában valaha is kipróbáltam. A medencék tiszták és nagyon kellemesek, a tengerpart megközelítése ötletesen (aluljáróval) megoldott.

The property and rooms were very nice with lots of pools and areas to relax. The bar bits menu could have had a few more items. When restaurants at the property were closed it was better to go through room service menu instead of the bar bites menu for food. Also the pools closed too early. July is very hot and the sun goes down after 8pm. It would been nice to have at least one pool open till 9pm. There were a few times we wanted to use the pool after 7pm but were unable to since they were closed. The really nice beaches required a 25 to 1 hour drive from the property so we had to rent a car. The beach by the property was not very nice.

Our first time to Greece and safe to say we absolutely loved it. The hotel and staff were friendly and professional the only thing that let them down was their lack of cleaning up the neverending bird muck on the balcony. We would definitely return to the same property though.

Handy for travel into Rhodes and the beach was very accessible. There was a lack of sun loungers poolside and the usual beach towel nonsense. No fan of the poolside music pitched at the youth market either.

The view of the room is wonderful. It is more like a 4-star than a 5-star. The staff service was mixed, some were excellent and hospitable, while some were rude. The lady in the shop for bus tickets was especially rude, should not be in service business. The taverna at the 11F next to the pool offers excellent food, music, and overlooking the ocean with sunset. The service was excellent, the best in this island. This taverna is must-go if one is staying in this hotel.

The hotel was really good. The food was good and the service excellent. The only problem was that the cleaner accidentally took our child's important soft toy from the room while changing the sheets.

Klassisches Spa und Resort Hotel, was schon beim Ankommen in der Lobby einen einladenden Charme versprüht. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und erkundigt sich nach einem. Das macht aus dem Aufenthalt etwas besonderes. Danke dafür! Die Speisenauswahl ist wunderbar und es schmeckte stets gut. Die Poolanlagen außen sind gepflegt und laden zum Hoteltag ein. Der Strand ist super angeschlossen, es war sauber und es gab einen Parkplatz, auf dem immer etwas frei war (Nebensaison). Betten waren bequem und groß und die Zimmer ausreichend ausgestattet und bemessen. Wir haben das Hotel als sehr familienfreundlich wahrgenommen und unser Kleiner hatte eine fantastische Zeit. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen!

Disappointing, wouldn't recommend
This isn't a bad hotel, but its definitely not a 5 star one!! There were some plus points: The food was great, especially dinner. The pool on the 11th floor was nice Our room was spacious and modern. The patio was huge with a lovely view Now the bad stuff: The staff! There were a few exceptions, like the lovely lady serving pool drinks on the 11th floor, and some of the waiting staff in the main restaurant, but overall we found the staff quite unfriendly and unhelpful. Most of the time we felt that they really couldn't care less. This was especially true with reception Housekeeping was pretty poor. Our beds were made and towels changed, but our room was not cleaned. The floors were really dusty and full of hair. Under the bed and sofa were very bad. They didn't remove dirty glasses and cutlery and only replaced (some) toiletries after 4 days. Ridiculous system to collect/return pool towels! Can only be done at the spa at certain times, no use for those using the 11th floor pool or anyone wanting a swim before 10am. Most people used their own Our stay included 2 a la carte meals. We tried to book the nicer restaurant in advance but were told no. But there were no dinner slots left when we arrived. Bit of a con! No pedestrian access to the bus stop into town, you walk on the road which is so dangerous on the dark Really loud club music at the main pool - more suitable for a club 18-30 hotel! The gym showers - disgusting

The view would have been okay if not for a large purple flood light from the hotels outdoor restaurant pointed into my window. I had to close the curtains to block the floodlight, so the view I paid extra money for was not visible. Further, the loud music from the hotels outdoor restaurant was audible in my room through late into the evening. I requested a high floor room in my reservation. I was assigned to a room two floors from the bottom. Reservation requests are not honored. There are better options for the price point.

COCROACHES IN ROOMS. DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL. Horrible service, dirty rooms with cockroaches. We stayed in this hotel for vocation and rented cabanas. We expected 5 star hotel to be extremely clean and enjoyable, however we received only rude service, cockroaches in our room running around every day, and the hotel did not do anything. When we were leaving we expected to recive any discounts, or compliments from hotel, instead the hotel charged us extra for late check out. I would say Greek people do not know how to provide service to people. This was my worst vocation and I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Amazing stay.
Had an amazing stay. The staff in the restaurants and by the pool was great. The facilities was great. It’s to bad the hotel doesn’t do anything with guest “reserving” sun beds for hours when they are not using them. Seems like many are reserving them from the early morning hours or the night time. And they don’t come down to the pool until 11 or 12. The pool staff should take away towels that are just laying there before pool opening at 9. Unless there is someone there. The cleaning was not what I expected from a 5 star resort. The cleaning of the floors was not good and they did not change the glasses and cutlery in the room. Seems like they only washed it with water. Overall a good stay. Loved the food, drinks, the rooms, staff. Very nice and entertaining girls that work by the pool. They offer morning stretch, aqua gym, darts competition and waterpolo. Fun for everybody. You have everything you need in this hotel.
