Welcome to the Tatty Hill Luxe Manor.

Escape to the beautiful natural setting of Calabogie at our luxurious high-end cottage. This spacious cottage sits on a 93-acre secluded property, making it the perfect spot for family gatherings and private getaways. The high-end finishes and luxurious design of the cottage provide a truly luxurious experience for our guests. It features everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

(Note, this section may get a little chilly in the winter and a little warm in the summer. We've provided a portable heater to help in those winter months and opening the windows helps in the summer.)

Being on 93 acres, we have a lot of land to explore. There are a lot of great walking trails in the area.

Guests will have access to the house and the pool. Guests will not have access to the garages. Our basement is used for storage and locked.

Myself or a team member can be available in person, but we prefer to allow guests to enjoy the space.

We do allow weddings, family gatherings and any other large social events. Please ask us for details.

Staying at a property, especially a larger property does come with a list of rules and guidelines. Please be sure to read the following prior to booking:

- Minimum age to rent: 25 *Person booking the reservation must be present*
- No unauthorized guests are allowed. All guests must be registered or reflected upon booking.
- Day time visitors are allowed but only with hosts permission.
- Guests can pitch a tent outside but must stay within the limit of 16 guests total overnight.
- No pets allowed, if there is evidence of a pet, guests will be charged $250
- Events allowed: Birthday Parties, Family gatherings, Weddings, other events.
- No smoking allowed inside the property, if there is evidence of any smoking, guests will be charged a $500 fee.
- Quiet Time: 11pm-7am

*We often have fire bans, please be sure to check our municipal website to see if there is currently one active during your stay or ask us at time of booking.

*Late check out/early check in is available at $30/hr. If guests check out late but do not notify host, there will be a charge of $100.

*Please note: There is a lot of wild life on the surrounding area and we recommend not to walk off the property after dark.

Profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed. Additional deposits may be required.
