We are so sorry that you booked a small lakeside cabin room via Expedia and not a larger room at the motel. We apologize that the description of the property booked was not clear. We cannot explain why our check-in/out times that were shown on your reservation confirmation from Expedia were incorrect. Our check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am. We are so sorry about the hot water! No one let us know until this morning that the hot water was not working in our small lakeside cabin rooms. We called our plumber who resolved the issue right away. We wish you would have let our front desk know so we could have helped you right away. Thank you for staying with us and your review.
