Come and stay a while in this hip and inviting space. This studio is fully furnished with everything you need to feel right at home.
The space is designed with attention to detail for the discerning traveller. We provide a fully stocked kitchenette for simple meals, along with dishes and cookware, a toaster oven/griddle/burner combination for cooking, coffee maker as well as Keurig, ice maker and microwave. (no dishwasher, sorry).

The living room is right off the kitchen and has a comfy couch for lounging as well as a TV.
The dining area has a large table for 2 and doubles as a work space.
The bedroom area has a queen size bed and linens are provided. There is plenty of storage with a closet and dresser for all your personal items.
The bathroom is quite large and has a bathtub/shower combo as well as a washer & dryer. Towels are provided.

The property is located in historic downtown Grand Junction only a short walk from Main Street and CO Mesa University.

Note: The studio apartment is in the basement of the main home which is also a vacation rental. The studio has a private entrance and private outdoor space for you to enjoy.
