Groceries can be purchased at the convenience store in walking distance and there is also a coffee shop, bakery, chemist and the Boathouse Tavern - popular for breakfast, lunch and dinner daily.

There is a s single lock up garage plus 2 additional car spaces (one will fit a camper, caravan or trailer). This is a non-smoking property, strictly no parties or loud gatherings. Respect for neighbours is required at all times treat this like you would your own home.
