Spacious and great for families
The actual room itself was great for our family. We loved the pools and facilities. However the cleanliness of the room was very poor. For the price we paid for the accommodation I expected much more.

Pleasant surprise.
Thought that this was some kind of resort, not a town house in a gated community. Kids on scooters and bikes riding everywhere without helmets and no regard for cars. Initials carved in the kitchen counter and the whole place was just a bit tired looking. Was quite happy with the canal site and was overall comfortable. Downstairs toilet takes hours to refill, and en-suite cold tap leaked all the time and no staff to leave a report with, and old census papers still at the door.

I apologise for not responding sooner to your feedback. We are aware that some of the units require updating & this has taken place in 3 of the units since your stay. We are in constant communication with owners as to the upgrading of the units. I'm sorry you experienced a couple of maintenance issues. Guests are invited to ring the resorts' number & report issues to our night service which get passed on to us so we are able to address the issue promptly. We are also working with the Body Corporate to address the issue of bike riding within the complex. I do hope you enjoyed your stay & you may consider staying with us again in the future. Very spacious with nice view
Clean & spacious apartment. Staff were welcoming & very helpful. Downside is that unit is somewhat outdated, coffee table had a massive dent/hole in it, but otherwise, very happy

I apologise for the very late reply - I thought I had actually replied ages ago. I'm pleased you had an enjoyable stay. We are aware that some of the units do require updating & we are always communicating with owners as to what could be done to upgrade units. I'm not sure what unit ou stayed in but if it's the one I think it is (due to your comment about coffee table) then I am happy to advise that the unit has been updated somewhat & the coffee table has been replaced. Nice place to stay
Pools were great for the kids.. Quite a few cockroaches getting around.

Thank you for your feedback. So lad you all enjoyed your stay. I'm sorry about the cockroaches - the units are pest controlled yearly but unfortunately the units are easily accessed for these harmless but nasty little blighters. We are in the process of organising twice yearly inspections as we are aware that they are more prevalent in the summer months here in Queensand. Hope to see you again sometime.
