Thank you for your visit. Upon arrival to clean, we were dismayed to find the condo in such upheaval. The most shocking was finding an enema bottle left behind. We endeavor to make our guest’s visit to create precious memories and we appreciate guests who leave the condo as they found it upon arrival. We clean the white leather couch and attempt to cover naturally occurring stains. We hope you enjoyed the recliners that are on each side of the couch. The floors are cleaned and sanitized after each guest as well as the rugs being washed frequently. The tv’s are adjustable according to viewing pleasure. The arm pillows on the bed are for added comfort. Dogs are not allowed. We added darkening curtains to block porch lights. We will continue to do our very best to create a wonderful visit as we recognize each guest as a gift.

Thank you for your visit. Since your party had four adults, the cost is extremely competitive for the location. The two sliding glass doors avail guests of a breathtaking view of God’ beautiful creation. Even before covid, it was and is our highest priority to assure the condo is clean and thoroughly sanitized between each guest. The condo was upgraded a few years ago with new floors, bead board walls, fresh paint and a new pullout sofa with an upgraded memory foam mattress with no cross bars to hopefully provide a comfortable sleep. There are recliners on each side of the sofa to enjoy kicking back. Guests need not be concerned about looking under the couch as it is very difficult to view without pulling out the bed. We do just that to thoroughly clean under the bed. We clean the deck between each guest; however, it is difficult to mitigate the spider population so we will continue to research means of better treatment. The air conditioner is only a few years old and we clean the filters regularly. The wifi is beyond our control since it is association operated and we continue to address this issue so your suggestion of bringing a personal hot spot is a good idea. The office area offers coffee and comfortable seating for an excellent wifi connection as an alternative. Enjoy the rest of your summer!
