Love location, being on the water
The location gets a high score. It’s beautiful. The house was just fine for our visit but there really are things that could be upgraded, fixed that would make the home even more comfortable. Just simple things. I could really see this home brighten up and be a place for friends to stay or small families. Overall, it had charm and we were able to enjoy our visit. We accomplished our goal for the trip and that was to visit with our son and be outdoors on the water. Thanks for sharing your home.

Excellent Weekend
This property is great. Nice river location, we moored the boat for the weekend. Everything was as described and Worked well for our group of 4. Definitely recommended if you’re looking for River access.

Peaceful
Our impression on the actual property was that the view was awsome. The house had a lot to be desired. It needs a lot of work inside and smelled horrible we had a hard time breathing and found air fresheners plugged in and unplugged them. The house was eclectic which was OK if you like antiques. Beds were hard but some people like it that way. Overall the stay was pleasant.

We apologize that the home was not to your aesthetics and that your time was not fully enjoyed. We have had numerous guest stay and love it. This family second home is a mix of eclectic, which we like. Best.

A lot of potential
The vintage decor was charming and the view of the river from the dock and backyard was beautiful. However, the house needs a deep clean. There’s dust everywhere; everyone in the house was sneezing and one of us almost had an asthma attack the first night because of the dust. There were a few old stains on the comforter, but the kitchen was well stocked and the bathrooms were spotless. We had a great time, but I do think the property could benefit from a fire pit and deep clean.

Booked last minute and owner was awesome. Beautiful view right on the river. Quiet and relaxing. Very clean and interesting antique furnishings.
