When you enter the home, the 2-story great room with its wall of windows will take your breath away. The large gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances will accommodate all the cooks in your group, and there are two dining areas so that everyone can have their own chair. This is only the main level, but it offers space for everyone to be together, whether they want to sit and enjoy the fireplace, prepare and enjoy a meal, or watch television in the adjacent den, all while enjoying the light and view that seem to be right in the home with you.
The main-level master bedroom offers the same great views from the king size bed, and the master bath is truly a wonder to behold with a whirlpool tub and a walk-in shower with 5 spray heads. The master bedroom is adjacent to the rear deck and hot tub, and it also has its own balcony to enjoy the view. The upper level loft bedroom soars high above the rest of the home and feels like a private bedroom. It features a queen bed, a bath with a shower, and a balcony overlooking the hot tub and firepit. There are two bedrooms in the lower level, each with the same stunning view as you get from the rest of the home. The lower king bedroom has an adjacent full bath and its own patio area. The twins bedroom has its own bath and a walk in closet.
The lower level family room is all new, with a 65” flat screen television, surround sound, DVD player, and Bluetooth sound speaker for streaming your music. The pit group couch is large and sumptuous, and there are two other chairs and a table that form a nice conversation area. Wherever you sit in the room, you’ll enjoy the view and the warmth of the fireplace. If you want something cooler, there’s also a wet bar with a refrigerator.
The rear deck with its large hot tub provides a great place to relax, and the firepit next to the deck is a great place to gather in the evening. This home offers a propane grill and we provide enough propane for normal usage. Please note that all grills are as is and may not work as well as your grill at home. Back inside, there is high-speed internet with wifi, telephone service, and Directv satellite service for every television.
