So the only reason that I gave the listing a 4 star for accuracy of online listing was that I thought they did not state enough about how good this place was. It had a great washer and dryer, a good set of appliances, they left bottled water for us in the fridge, coffee with cream and sugar on the counter, every sink had ample hand soap and cute little bags of shampoo and conditioner, ample towels in each bathroom, a nice dining table, and tons of room in each bedroom so that we could have thrown air up mattresses down for the kids. The only draw back was we wished there was more seating room in the living area to visit around in. We saw one ant on the entire place (a previous review had complained about ants so we were on the look out), and we were entirely impressed with the cleanliness of the entire property and the ample trash space with replacements trash bags as there was 9 of us staying and teenage girls can create a bit of a mess. The chargers in every room were a great bonus to our technology reliant bunch, and the back patio was a nice space as well. The only other draw back was that many of the lights are on motion sensors only. Most of the bathrooms had enough room that they would stay on, but one bathroom's shower was not in the motion sensor path and shut off multiple times on the unwary bathee (which was quite funny to our group) and required stepping out of the shower to trip the sensor multiple times. The location to the college was superb, in which we had no business there, but was still an excellent location as we wanted to see both gulf and atlantic coasts and this was almost exactly halfway between both. Overall, we would recommend this property to anyone and would consider it again if we ever have business in the area in the future! -- The Smith side of the group.
