BOOKING REQUIREMENTS AND NOTES:
BOOKING MUST BE MADE TWO WEEKS or more in advance prior to check-in due to the HOA requirements and screening.
HOA Application Fees (approx $200.00) will be the TENANT'S (renter's) responsibility. The lease (lease is required) and applications are turned into the HOA for approval, AT THE TIME OF THE BOOKING.
Lease is contingent on HOA approval.
Minimum 30-31 day rental. No pets per HOA, unless it is a service pet, and then you must have a written letter from your doctor (on-line certificates, not permitted). Service Animals must be approved by the HOA Board. An additional deposit may be required for service animals.
Garage not available for use, as we use it for storage. Driveway parking is available.
Full month rental required (i.e. must rent the first through the thirtieth or thirty-first, beginning to end of month). We cannot split months.
