Vacation
The studio was perfect for two! It was clean and had everything we needed. Bob, the host was easy to reach when I had a question. The building has a lot of construction going on and the pool was closed. The noise was a bit much on one day only. Being so close to the beach made up for the noise! Overall, we had a great experience and took advantage of the great location.

It was an older property but in excellent condition and clean. Very close to the beach and Broadwalk. Would definitely recommend it and would stay there again

Perfect for the two of us!
The unit was exactly as described. It was clean and had everything we needed. The pool was nice and we often had use of it to ourselves. The unit is just steps to the pool and a few more steps to the beach. It is such a beautiful area. One of my favorite beaches now. Many restaurants right on the broadwalk. I would love to stay again some time. Robert was excellent to work with and was quick to reapond every time i messaged. We ended up having our flight changed to a a much later time and he was so kind about it and offered a very reasonable solution for us. Thank you for all your kindness, we greatly appreciate it!!!

HOLLYWOOD BEACH STUDIO
The studio location, price and accommodations were great! The use of beach chairs and umbrella were also a great extra. Bob was very easy to get a hold of and answered quickly. Free parking space was also highly appreciated. The only disappointment was the fact that the building was under renovation and location was at north end of the broadwalk, so to get to center of the action meant at 10-15 minute walk. But overall the location and price were great and I would recommend this studio. Would love to come back again!

Great Location
Place was just as advertised. Very close to the beach and broadwalk. Very clean and lots of amenities. Had no problems for the 4 week stay. Easy check in and communication with Bob the host was good from start to finnish. Would sty again.

Great location, clean place
Really enjoyed our stay. Nice location on Broadwalk. Place was clean and had many amenities. Check out the Water Taxi. It’s awesome. Utilize The Circuit for transportation up and down Hollywood for only 1.00 each way per person. The owner was very responsive, too!

Can't beat the price
The unit was efficient for what we needed. The door code was sometimes temperamental to lock. The building appears to be getting ready for some renovations, but it was clean, close to the broadwalk and beach and extremely affordable. The owner was accessible when I had questions. I also want to mention that the other people staying in the building were all very friendly and kind. The pool is nice also.

Great location
Bob Wilson was easy to deal with. Keyless entry was great. Unit was as advertised. Had everything we needed, beach towels, beach chairs and cooler. My husband thought the bed could use a foam mattress pad but I slept fine. The location was fantastic-just steps from the beautiful beach and lots of tiki bars and restaurants. We would definitely stay again.

The Best Ever!
Everything you could possibly need is right there in the cute studio! Very easy check in and check out. Beautiful location, just steps to the beach. I recommend highly and cannot wait to go back! Thank you for everything Bob Wilson!

Clean Convenient Cozy
We are simple travelers prioritizing cleanliness and convenience and this apartment had it. Small and cozy. We did ride share from the airport and relaxed the week here within steps to the ocean. I would stay here again.

Convenient & great location
The location was perfect and very convenient. The property had everything you needed. I did have to do a little extra cleaning but that’s because I’m a clean freak & need things perfect. I rather not see food left from other guests in the fridge & used toiletries in the bathroom so I threw all of that out. The A/C kept going on and off very frequent so that kept me up at night. Overall I would stay again. My daughter enjoyed it as well. Having the pool access was a win win, parking and walking distance of beach. Thank you Bob!

We came down for a show at Hard Rock Casino. Was a nice location, only about 20 minutes from most places and walkable from the beach! About a 10-minute walk or about a 4-minute drive to most restaurants (I'm 5 months pregnant and was a pretty easy walk!) The condo is slightly bigger than pictured & the perfect space for 2!! Could use some slight upgrades (including mattress) but nothing major !

Great spot for a quick trip to the beach!
Great location with just a block walk to the beach/boardwalk. EVERYTHING u need for the beach, towels, beach chairs, umbrella and even a cooler! Just bring your sun glasses!! 🌞

Fun time!
We really enjoyed our time staying here. It is the perfect size for two people and had many accommodations for those traveling light. We were able to use the beach chairs, umbrella, coolers, etc for a comfortable time on the beach. It is also a very short walk to the beach and closely surrounded by things to do and places to eat. We look forward to returning soon.

We had an amazing stay. Bob was so accommodating and kind. He even let us continue to use the room after checkout because we had a late flight. The location was beyond perfect. Steps from the beach and broad walk. We will definitely be staying here again!

A great location
You're steps from the beach. Unit is nice, big inside. All you need is bathing suit, they have the rest. Bed comfy. A/C was cold. Location is fantastic. Bob (the host)was super friendly. Great communication. I'll book again next year

Not too comfortable
To start, a lot was outdated! The bed was hard as a rock and was hard to sleep for both my girlfriend and I. The top quilt (the only one) was thin, old and rough. It could have been a dog blanket. So we froze if the air was on during the night. The mini blinds are older and broke. Some of the pieces that hang and turn were taped together and had come apart. So now people can see in through the broken part. Also, towels were limited to two towels each for the entire week. They were like brillo pads on the skin when drying ourselves, especially after getting a little sun burn. Very little cabinet space in the kitchen area. The place is in a good location, but needs some serious updating.

Perfectly situated to easily walk to beach, esteries,parks, and entertainment. Murphy bed was surprisingly comfortable and the space was well planned. We loved the double head shower and the updated bathroom.

EXCELLENT little space
Property is quiet and cozy! Paid for public parking all over town for 4 days until we learned HANDICAP vehicles with displayed plackard or tag DONT PAY in HANDICAP spots ad free 4 hours every where else, but now we know for next time. Ultimately we had a great time!

Perfect Location
Everything was wonderful from start to finish! Wonderful communication with Bob. Room was very clean and everything you possibly could need was there (TP, paper towels, towels, beach chairs & umbrella, blow drier, shampoo and conditioner, even coffee, some drinks and condiments in the fridge, as well as eggs)! There was also a nearby convenience store where we bought water, etc and also a grocery store that delivers for around $10. Everything is within walking distance and if you get tired, you can always Uber back. So close to the beach!! My daughter and I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend!

I enjoyed my stay immensely! Everything went smoothly. Place was clean. Bob was always responsive and helpful with any questions. A bit small...but we knew that and it was fine for the 2 of us. The dual head shower was fantastic! I'm looking into my own bathroom remodel now lol. Location was SUPERB! The beach and the boardwalk were AHmazing! Get yourself a pineapple drink and some tacos from The Taco Stop...SO GOOD! We would stay again every single time, no question! Rent a bike...the "chopper" was so much fun. Can't wait to visit again. Thanks Bob.

This place was amazing! Steps from the Broad walk and the Beach! The condo has everything you need...even has Beach Chairs. So convenient 5 miles from the airport take an Uber and everything is right there! Bob is great very responsive... a great place in Paradise!

A great stay and close to the beach!
For the price, you can’t beat this stay. Though you don’t have an ocean view, you are just one row of buildings back from the ocean. Just a few steps and you’re in the sand! I travelled by myself, and I appreciated that the place was well lit at night. If you are vacationing with just a few people, this is perfect. The pool was private and gated which also made me feel secure, and the owner was very quick to respond to any questions I had! I would definitely rent this again.
