Celebration Of Life
Rented property for Celebration of Life for family member that had long term connection to the Fort Collins community. Good location and nice unit with beautiful 3rd floor balcony. Did get noise complaint pretty early in the evening (before 9 pm). We had no loud music or partying, just fun conversations with some good local beer. Overall, good rental if you turn in early.

Wish We Could Stay Longer!
This place was better than described! It was comfortable, clean, new and modern. Beds were great and house and neighborhood very quiet. Wished we had another night in Fort Collins! We'll be back ; )

Concert in Fort Collins
We visited to go to a concert at the Mishawaka. The place was clean, easy to get to, easy to get in, and was comfortable. Would stay there again!

Wedding Stay
Great set up for family with adult children. Each having own bathroom was great, as well as common areas to hang out together. Enjoyed the roof top deck with fireplace also! Great location.

Nice Property
We were in town Nov. 2022 to visit family and enjoyed our stay. Very clean and attractive, and nice to have a garage available. The few things that would have been even better would have been glass water glasses (there were wine glasses but no regular water glasses, there were metal cups w/lids), small trash bag liners stocked (couldn't find any), fewer items in the various cabinets and closets, and a broom and dust pan that could be stored out of sight downstairs. For those using the top floor loft bedroom, note that it's open to traffic to the deck so a decorative folding privacy panel would be great. Had a great stay, and would stay again. Thank you!

Amazing place for 6-8 people. Great location. Justin was a fantastic host & I’d love to stay again!
The location of this property was perfect. Close to downtown Fort Collins. Parking was easy. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all very spacious and clean. The home came well equipped and was perfect for our group of 8. The kitchen was a great space for a big group, and the patio with the fireplace is a lovely touch. The amenities provided were very helpful. My friends and I would all highly recommend staying at Justin’s place!

Great Place!
This was the perfect place for our needs. Coming into town for a work seminar with a few co workers. Each room was like its own apartment with a bathroom. The place was clean and new. Tons of street parking right out front in a great area close to everything.

Our trip was due to moving my son to CSU and Justin helped some logistics that made moving from out of state easier on what was a bitter sweet trip. We are looking forward to staying at the condo very soon.

CSU Bound
Property was in an ideal location for us. Check-in/out process was so easy. Home was clean, comfortable and secure. One of the best places we’ve ever stayed. Loved the time spent with family, enjoying the evening sunset on the rooftop with the cozy fireplace. Doesn’t get any better than that! Highly recommend!

Something for everyone
We had a fantastic stay at this house! Everything you could need and more. Location was perfect for our family. Teens could scooter and adults were able to split up and all enjoy what Ft. Collins had to offer.

Beautiful Property
We loved our stay and would absolutely rebook when coming back to FOCO. Property was clean and we enjoyed the outdoor fireplace on the top deck at night. Minutes drive to shopping and restaurants and a quiet place to come back to at night to relax and hangout.

Excellent Condo and Great Host!
We had a great stay at Justin's condo. The place is clean, new, contemporary decorations, and incredibly comfortable beds and bathrooms! We also had to extend our stay an extra day for work, and Justin went out of his way to move around some reservations to make it work! Highly recommend this property, and it's super close to lots of restaurants and bars! Great spot for a great price!

Nice Townhome!
The property was clean and very well stocked. We noticed that the kitchen had everything we needed (which is not the case in a lot of rentals). The location is nice, not too far from old town. We enjoyed hanging out on the 3rd floor patio.

Great townhouse
We stayed in town for a nearby family wedding. The townhouse was perfect for 3 couples. We loved that everyone had their own bathroom! We also enjoyed the 3rd floor patio and the house location - near Old Town Fort Collins.

Fun Modern Townhome with great views
This property was everything it was described to be and more! The views from the rooftop patio were incredible and a beautiful place to watch the sunset over the mountains. There was a handy guide for recommendations in the area and instructions for the house (one of which included a note saying that unopened food/drink items left by previous guests were not thrown away and fair game so free beer!)

Overnight Bachelorette
I was one of two Maids of Honor for my best friends wedding and we decided to surprise her with this amazing overnight bachelorette party. Justin was great and let us have early access so that we could decor for the big reveal to the bride! It was perfect because the space had just enough beds for everyone to sleep in and the space was perfect for hosting our games and food! We all had a great time (although the neighbors might not have liked us so much) but nevertheless we had a blast!

Great Stay near Old Town
We had a great 4 night stay at this property. Everything was very clean, communication was great and check in was easy. We enjoyed sitting by the fire on the rooftop at night and the wet bar and fridge right inside the door kept our beers cold. There were even toys and games which kept our 1 year old entertained. The location was great and you could definitely walk to Old Town if the weather was nice. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit!

Perfect modern townhome, quick drive to Old Town
Our stay was great, owner Justin was prompt and super helpful (right down to driving around town to find the best Wi-Fi before our arrival so our kids could continue virtual schooling after we left the property!!). The townhome has everything you need for a stay, right down to dish and laundry detergent. Old Town is not too far if you like to walk (about 20 minutes), otherwise a quick drive. The deck with gas fireplace is even lovelier than it looks!

Like New Property in Perfect Fort Collins Location
We rented the property for two nights for a business outing. Three adults slept here and balance at nearby hotel (which rooms cost more than the nightly rate of condo). Property is in new condition and a perfect blend of function, comfort, and style. Very convenient to Old Town, New Belgium Brewery, and outdoor activities. Justin (owner) is “Johnny on the Spot” with communications. 10/10 stay!

The property is beautifully appointed. The owners thought of everything you will need - even the small things. We have high standards and cannot think of thing negative to say. I'd stay here every time we're in Fort Collins. You will NOT be disappointed. This property will exceed your expectations!
