I called the night before my booking to inquire if there was early checkin due to my flights early arrival. The young lady answering the phone was super helpful and left a note for me. When I arrived the next day, Linda was working the front desk,. I told her I had early check in request, she asked me my name and said here is your key, your already checked in. I was blown away. No waiting, no steps, I was free to go rest. Other things, minor. My coffee pot was dusty, the elevator was rickety, Im sure safe but it just warranted concern. The tv channels did not match the numbers on the card selection. As I stated minor. The building was quiet. Staff were engaging and super friendly so I would blink at the minor things. My best experience had to be staff engagement. I've stayed at more expensive hotels and had far less customer engagement. Please thank the staff for me and I'll see them next time
