- Only dogs allowed; 2 MAX & under 20 pounds each; $25 fee per dog/per day or $125 per stay (whichever is less).

- Absolutely NO smoking/vaping inside the house/garage or within 10ft from any entry point.

- Absolutely NO hosting parties, or events, or get-togethers on the property. Only Guests accounted for on the reservation are allowed at the house.  Any visitors MUST be pre-approved before arriving.

- An encompassing Vacation Rental Agreement (VRA) is listed under the House Rules Tab. Please read it in its entirety to ensure our property will be the best fit for your stay.

** Fixed-monthly 'Short-Term Rental' rate available instead of regular pricing - $2,275/per month on 30-day increments up to 60 days. Pricing includes the following: Electric, Water, Trash, YouTube Live subscription, Internet, Pest Control & Lawn Service! Guests will have to maintain the house at a reasonable level of cleanliness while living it, then at the end of the long stay, the cleaning fee will be $200 for a deep clean. There will be a one-time pet fee of $150 instead of the daily rate **
