Charming and Relaxing
This loft is a nice size and was perfect for us. During the weekdays, I was there alone with our dog and felt very safe. The pool is as pretty as it looks in the pictures! The property managers were friendly and responsive. This studio apartment is on a large property just outside of town. Easy to get to the great restaurants and cute shopping in Mount Dora as well as quite a few parks and hiking trails. Our dog had as good of time as I did as there was lots of room for taking walks and playing frisbee. Would stay here again if in the area.

You have to stay here!!!
First of all, It is a dream location and establishment. We stayed in the Carriage House. By now, if you are looking for a place to stay near Eustis, you must have good reason. Ours was to be central to a numbefr of Central Florida's amazing natural springs and the parks associated with them. Sharron's place was a wonderful place to relax. We chilled in the am and read by "our" pool. Then off on adventures. Then back to the pool.. Poolside coctails and a swim are a perfect end to a day of hiking, paddling, photographing and exploring the area. Us northern folks,. I think, don't realize what central florida has to offer and we made made the most of our short visit. It is our 2nd time in the area and I'm sure we'll be back. From tubing, kayaking, swimming at the springs, manatee snorklinhg over in Crystal River, to walking the many short trails and chatting with local fishermen we ran into along the way. Much fun. We had Sharrons property to ourselves it seemed, though the Family lives in the adjacent renovated home. Quite a nice place to rest. Local Publix and Win Dixie just a couple minutes down the road. Ok, I'm rambling... Thanks Sharron. Stay here!

Remote location, quiet and peaceful! Quaint with lots of charm! Would definitely stay again. Host was very accommodating!

Loved The Carriage House!
My husband and I had a great stay here at Sharon’s property! It was exactly what we were looking for- secluded enough for a peaceful getaway while still not too far from downtown Mount Dora (only about a 15 min drive!). The pool was beautiful and relaxing and the space inside was quaint and beautifully decorated. Sharon and her husband were both very kind and accommodating during our stay. My husband and I have already talked about coming back for another peaceful getaway : ) We highly recommend!!!

Perfect weekend getaway!
The Carriage House loft was the perfect weekend getaway! After biking in near by bike trails, we were able to come back and relax by the pool and take a dip in the hot tub while the sun went down! The loft apartment is SO cute, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. The hosts and everyone we met were very nice and accommodating! Highly recommend the Carriage House! We will be back!

Antique chic getaway!
My parents and I loved our stay here!!! Ms. Sharon was so sweet and accomodating....we lacked nothing. Would definitely recommend!!!

Regatta Getaway
Excellent stay in the loft for our weekend in Mt Dora. The property was clean and well appointed. The owners were wonderful! Will definitely stay again!
