Wonderful Spring Vacation
I like to stay at our own house when we are in town visiting family, and this house was perfect. It was updated and very comfortable. My local family was just as pleased with how nice the house was as we were. It was a very nice stay and perfect location for us.

Wedding Weekend
A wonderful experience at Joyce’s lovely cottage by the lake! Just as advertised and roomier than it looked. Perfect for our children and grandchildren as we celebrated our son’s wedding. Joyce is wonderful to work with and the cottage checked all the boxes for us. Awesome! Would definitely recommend!

Great End of Summer Stay
This is the second time we have stayed at this home. The house is spacious and updated. We were fortunate to have beautiful weather to swim in the pool and walk down to the lake.

The house was amazing! Even better than the pictures. It was a short walk to the lake. Having a private pool was perfect for our family. The owners were so nice and friendly. Would definitely stay again!

House was as expected and the host very cooperative. We would rent again.
The house has a nice layout and accommodates several people if needed. Location is great near any amenity needed, and the lake, that has a walking path.

Perfect space and location
We love this house for its location (close to the lake, beach, playground, and shops) and for the pool. The whole house is beautifully renovated, and the space is perfect for our whole family. The kids love playing and having sleepovers in the upstairs room, watching movies in the comfortable living room, or playing games around the large dining table. The owners are very responsive and helpful.

Clean and updated cottage
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Definitely roomier than it appears from the outside! Very clean and loved the big sunroom with lots of space to eat as a family.

Amazing Cottage!
My family and I loved this cottage! It was very clean and the layout was roomy. We felt extremely comfortable and at home. We couldn't have asked for a better location...so close to the lake made morning walks/jogs enjoyable. We got a lot of use out of the pool as we had awesome weather for our stay.

Labor Day weekend 2021
We really enjoyed our stay. The lake and beach was just down the road and the pool was great. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. It was close to Erie and the waterfront. We went over to the OH side to a beach on Lake Erie on day. That was really nice. Great place if you have a boat! I don't know if the owners are aware but the shower door on the family room bathroom was missing and the water leaks right out onto the floor. We had to place a towel down during showering. It looks like trim at the base of the wall next to the shower is starting to bow from the water (You might want to address this before it gets to the wall board).

Perfect spot for family vacation
The property is so nice! It was stocked with everything we could have possibly needed and more! We had a fantastic time at the pool most of the time, but also enjoyed kayaking and canoeing the lake. It was so nice to have both at our disposal, especially with the kids. The playground was also a hit! We’ll be back next year for sure!

House was great! Pool was great! Had everything you could ask for. Weather for the most part was good! If you get the chance do not hesitate to rent! Only thing we missed was our Keurig coffee machine! Lol

Summer weekend
Our family of four enjoyed our stay at your cottage. It was clean and had plenty of room for us. Easy walk to the lake. Enjoyed the pool. Had everything we needed in the kitchen. Town of Edinboro is very cute and drive to Erie is not far. We hope to be back.

Perfect Lake House
Easy communication with the owner. The house is beautiful. There was plenty of room for our family to spread out. We loved the pool and the lake was an easy walk. I was able to carry my SUP to the launch each day. We cooked in several nights and found everything we needed in the kitchen. Edinboro is a great little town and we also loved that it is so close to Erie.

Well decorated and spacious cottage in great location!
This cottage was absolutely perfect for our friends meet-up. While charming from the street, the cottage was even more adorable on the inside. The large kitchen island and even bigger kitchen table became the hub for the adults while the children played with their toys in the second floor living room. We walked the couple of blocks to the playground (even in the snow) and enjoyed snow tubing at the local hill. This home is perfect for families with children and we will definitely be back in the summer to enjoy the pool.

Girls’ getaway
The property was as advertised! It was very clean and well equipped! We came for a girls’ getaway and was perfect for that! Too chilly to use the pool but must be lovely in the summer! The television situation was scary—very few directions on how to use it! Owner needs to have a sheet of directions for all users! It was Hulu—who knew without written directions! TV would automatically change from one venue to another! Window blinds in front bedroom would be nice, also!

Great reunion!
Great house and pool. Spent four nights with family and friends. My sister reunited with her college roommate who she hadn’t seen for decades. Lots of seating by the pool with a fire pit for cool nights. Just a few houses from the lake. Very quiet.

Great Lake vacation
We went to Edinboro, PA, because our daughter is attending Gannon University in Erie, a short drive up I-79. Enjoyed a few days swimming in the heated pool and making s’mores in the fire pit. Went to a couple wineries in North East, PA. Went to the top of the lighthouse in Erie and drove around Presque Isle. Great stay.

This home is perfectly located in an ideal resort community. The house was equipped with everything a vacationer needs, including plenty of toys and towels for the pool, games for the family and spices for the kitchen. Will visit again and hope to get the same spectacular weather.

Lovely Vacation

Perfect Lakeside Cottage
The Edinboro Lakeside Cottage was the perfect place for our recent vacation. Self check-in was simple. Communication with the owners was pleasant and fast. The Cottage was very clean and well-maintained and beautifully furnished and decorated. The kitchen was well-equipped and stocked with condiments, spices, paper/plastic, and pantry items. It was spacious both inside and outside by the pool with plenty of space to social-distance with a few friends and family stopping by to visit. Everyone commented on what a great find! The location on a side street (a few houses away from the lake) was a plus as it was a quiet area with little traffic, but still very close to the lake for morning and evening walks. The pool was also a big plus. We certainly hope to come back next year. Thanks!

Fantastic Stay
overall, we really enjoyed our stay, the place was spectacular, clean and very spacious. The owner was there to answer all our questions. My daughters really loved the heated pool and was there everyday. Highly recommended!

Wonderful weekend
This house exceeded all of our expectations. We rent from VRBO frequently and this house is probably the cleanest house we have rented. The house was decorated for Christmas including a Christmas tree, which our grandkids loved!! We all decided we want to stay there again when we come up for my father in-laws 90th birthday in 2021.
