Private and Quiet lication
Clean, kitchen with all the essentials, linens supplied which was a big big plus, comfortable living room plus a washer dryer a plus. The only negative was the water pressure in the shower.

Wonderful stay!
Loved our stay for the weekend! Very clean house, very comfortable beds, beautiful walk to the private beach. Well appointed kitchen, tho some pans that were more nonstick would be great. Would also recommend better check in/check out times. Currently 4 PM check in and 9 AM check out. Would prefer a 3 PM check in, and an 11 AM check out, which is the industry standard and feels both fair and like you’re actually on vacation. Very quick and helpful response when we chose to extend our stay, the night before check out.

Great little cottage!
We loved this cottage, we had family stay next door and we had a great time! Close to beaches and lots to do! Property manager was quick to respond with inquiries!

Amazing Location Mediocre House
The location was fabulous-we had access to the private section of Thumpertown Beach which was stunning and quiet. We were able to transport our 1 year old back and forth, walking there with little issue. Lots of stairs though. The house itself was “meh.” Very clean but ZERO charm- we joked that it looked like they bought the cheapest mismatched items at a thrift store to furnish it. Kind of smelled like pee. VERY musty. We’re not picky people but we just weren’t thrilled compared to other VRBOs we’ve stayed at.

Great beach cottage

Cozy Cottage / Great location
The check-in process was a breeze, the cottage was clean and well organized. Short walk to the beach and easy access to the bike trail! The outdoor shower was perfect after a day at the beach.

Upon arrival, the cottage was vey clean, and the appliances are new, the bed was comfortable. That being said, the cottage lacks any character or charm - the wall art is very ordinary, and there was no booklet with suggestions of where to go, eat, etc that we've found at other cottages. The mini-split (heat) in the master bedroom didn't work, and after a call to Del Mar, their suggestion didn't work either. It was mid-October and a bit chilly. The counter tops are granite (cold) and the floor is some sort of slippery laminate. It was not bad, it just wasn't very cozy.

Hi John, thank you for staying with us! We leave decor and furnishing up to our homeowner and try to capture the home's character in the photos so that our guests can know what to expect when booking! I do see in our records that we came out to the home to address the heat and our technician confirmed that the mini-splits were working correctly and producing heat. I wish we'd heard from you further - we would have been happy to come back out or provide an alternate form of heat for your stay. We have a number of homes in our inventory and would love the opportunity to host you again in a home better suited to your preferences!

A very quick walk to the beach! Great place for 2 adults and a dog. Very quiet. Very responsive management.

Beautiful location
Clean and well equipped house, close to the beach and quiet. Swimming every day as the water was so warm. Only minutes to Orleans and also to the Wellfleet Drive-In!

Dog Friendly Community + Great Beach
We arrived late in the evening, and the cottage was easy to find, and there were no hassles with the lock. The house is clean, and the kitchen is well organized and equipped. We've met dog-friendly neighbors during a morning walk along the beach and later while watching the sunset.

Perfect Location
Just a few minutes walk to the beach, this location was perfect for our family of two teens and our dog. Lots of places to walk our pup and easy to get to the beach for our teens. Big enough fir a family of four and we loved the outdoor shower.

Great House!
My friends and I just had an amazing week! Upon walking in, the home was extremely clean and more spacious than anticipated. We appreciate all the supplies provided to us, from linens and towels to hand and dish soaps. This is unlike most cape rentals we have had in the past. The outside space was nice with ample parking, a wonderful outdoor shower, clean grill, and a picnic table for dinners outside. Short 7-10 minute walk to the beautiful bayside beach! We look forward to staying here again!!

Great stay in Eastham!
I've rented many properties all over the Cape, and this was definitely one of my favorites! It was absolutely the cleanest and best maintained. Great proximity to beautiful private beach and everything wonderful about Eastham!
