Really great location in the old town. Good facilities and Wi-fi. Walls are thin so can you hear movement in other apartments but not too bad. Comfort apartment had a good sized bed but needs more pillows - a UK thing! Really good value thoroughly recommend.

Old town highlight
This was a fantastic place, ideally situated in the old town and, though close to restaurants and shops, it was quiet and peaceful. The standard of the apartment was better than we could have expected - it was immaculately clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The service provided by the management was perfect, from arranging transport to and from the airport to meeting us on arrival, taking us to the apartment, making it available to us mid-morning and recommending and reserving restaurants

정말 좋은 위치에 있었습니다. 올드타운에서 케리어를 끌고 계단을 오르락 내리락 하지 않고 구하기 쉽지 않은데, 정말 편한 위치에 있었습니다. 필레문과 3분 정도 거리에 있습니다. 로밍을 하지 않아 주인(안나)과 연결이 바로 안되어 미팅을 위해 밖에서 짐을 가지고 있는 채로 조금 기다렸습니다. 이것만 제외하고는 정말 훌륭했습니다. 아래 피자집도 너무 훌륭했고, 곳곳의 맛집들과 볼거리로 그득했습니다. 뒷 쪽 테라스, 세탁기 , 냉장고 모두모두 편하고 좋았습니다!! 화장실휴지가 떨어져 연락했었는데, 바로 다음날 채워주었고, 모두 편했습니다. 두브로브니크의 숙소로 강추합니다!

Great location in Old Town close to all attractions and Restaurants..situated on 2nd floor. No lift but street level flat..apartments to other side of main street up as many as 50 steps before reaching front door. Staff very helpfull. Would go back again

Good size flat in great location. Only downside is that these old buildings have paper thin walls and ceilings so any excess noise from the neighbours is very noticeable.

Wonderful apartment in the Old Town
Had a fabulous stay in these apartments. There was great communication prior to our arrival, with information on the options to get to the old town from the airport with estimated costs and they were quick to respond to any questions regarding our stay. No check in desk, however they are quick to respond via whatsapp and were there to greet us when we arrived and also gave us some great tips on where is good in the city whilst explaining the map. The apartment is clean and has everything you could need, powerful shower, fridge, kettle and a comfy bed. Its right in the centre of the old town so all the sights are within walking distance. They were very accommodating on checkout allowing us to keep our bags safe in the apartments so we didn't have to carry them around the city on our last day before an evening flight home. I would highly recommend staying here.

Located right in the heart of the old town on the side with minimal steps. Great location and perfect for a couple. The apartment was easy to find, the owners were very helpful. Would be very happy to stay at the Divine again.

Lägenheten vi bodde i var belägen på en liten gata inte långt ifrån Stradun. Vi hade egen trädgård, ett sovrum, badrum och vardagsrum/kök. Väldigt rent, utrustat med allt du kan tänkas behöva. Man kände sig direkt som hemma. Vi är jättenöjda och ser fram emot att bo där igen.

Great location with friendly and helpful service
Really good location in the Old Town, not far from Pile Gate and the main street, Stradum. Plenty of restaurants and supermarkets close by. The apartment was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed while we were in Dubrovnik. The information pack provided by Viktor, Isabelle and Ana was very helpful and they were very organised for our arrival and departure. Highly recommended.

Superb in all respects
Top quality international standards apartment. Ana - who met us at the apartment and arranged a taxi to the airport when we left - was very punctual, very helpful and very kind. The driver to the airport was genuine and friendly and fair. We would not hesitate to stay here again and are happy to highly recommend. Hvala, Tony and Kirstie.

Great location and well-equipped room
In the middle of old town and no stairs from Pile gate to the apartment. However, the rooms were on the upper levels so we needed to carry our luggage up the stairs. The room had a small kitchenette with all the things we required. Great location as we wandered around in the old town.

Perfect location, but problems with the service
The apartment is very good. New, clean and very well located, in the middle of the old town. Perfect! We really recommend it! However, we had a problem when arriving. We called the responsible (Victor) by phone and he said that he will come in 30 minutes. After 45 minutes waiting, we called again and he said that our reservation was canceled, what was not true. Finally, everything was clarified! I really recommend to contact him before arriving, just to be sure everything is ok.

Jättetrevlig personal som var tillmötesgående och hjälpsam. Rummet var rent, och det fanns ett pentry samt en liten kyl. Kuddarna i sängen var enorma och inte alls bra, samt att kanten på sängen var jobbig för mig som är lång(194cm). I sin helhet var det en bra vistelse, och man får vad man betalar för.

Dear James, Thank you for your comments. The studio apartment comes with a kitchinette equipped with a refrigerator, kettle, coffee machine and a microwave. It is perfect to prepare light meals and breakfast. If guests plan to cook, then we suggest to book the larger unit that has a fully equipped kitchen. Watch out for the receipt!
The rest of the accommodation was fine, but watch out for the receipt if you care for it. The owner requests you to pay in cash right after you enter the apartment and tells you he will send you the receipt. You understand it will happen the same night or tomorrow, but it does not until you insist. First, it is not common to charge a guest in the beginning of the stay, but at the end, just before leaving. And, the receipt is due when the payment is due, and not later. Other than that, you could be ok with your stay.

A good location in the heart of the Old Town
This is a great little apartment in the middle of the Old Town. On arrival I called the owners who were there to let me in within 15 minutes. The studio apartment is a little small but a perfect location in the middle of Dubrovnik. It's above a restaurant with pavement tables, so expect some background noise at night - but nothing too annoying. 10 minute walk from the Pile Gate so good for airport bus.

Well located studio apartment
The apartment is clean and comfortable. The double bed is actually 2 singles pushed together so can make sharing with a partner a bit uncomfortable. Possibly a bit overpriced for what you get as well. It is however very well located and the best is that it's behind Mia culpa one of the best pizzeria I have ever tried :)

Great location within the old city walls. Very convenient for sightseeing! There were three floors, but no elevator. In our room, we could hear some noise from the people eating at the pizza place, but the central location and the view was worth it.

Perfect location, no stairs/hills to climb to get to location from either of the gates into the old town (flat and easy two minute walk from Pile gate). Above a nice pizza restaurant, ate here several times, noise from restaurant was not a problem. Value for money.

Excellent location in the heart of Dubrovnik
We stayed at the Divine III for three nights in early May and we were really sad to leave. Divine III is a great little apartment in the very heart of Dubrovnik's Old Town - and is a perfect location for visiting the main tourist sights. The apartment is in a side street off the Stradun, and is surrounded by decent restaurants (you have a choice of two pizzerias as you step out of the door - though be warned, the pizzas in both are massive). There's a small but fair Konzum supermarket about three minute's walk away (at Gunduliceva Poljana, with a fresh food market in the same square on most days), an off-licence and a host of other restaurants within a stone's throw. Initially we were concerned we might be too central, but had no problems with noise at all. The apartment itself is immaculate - newly and nicely decorated, with a fully functioning oven, hob, dishwasher, and washing machine. All the crockery and cutlery you need is provided, with a selection of condiments and cleaning liquids inherited from previous tenants (FYI - you'll need to bring your own bathroom toiletries, though towels are provided). The apartment has a video on Youtube, so you can decide if it is the place for you (search for Divine III, Dubrovnik)

The apartment is in the perfect location--right in the middle of Old Town. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. Viktor was incredibly welcoming! He gave us great restaurant and bar recommendations and he even helped us when my husband's suitcase was lost by the airline. Wonderful place!

Comfort in Old Town
Viktor was there to meet us at the Pile Gate to show us to our room in the old town - he was even good enough to help my partner carry her bag. He gave us lots of good local advice as to where to go and what to avoid when we arrived. The room was very comfortable, secure and clean and in a good location in the middle of Old Town. Would highly recommend to anybody

We really enjoyed staying here. Rightin the heart of the old town. It suited us as a couple very well. Might be harder for families and older people with mobility issues giong up and down the stairs. It was clean modern and very well situated. Better than an impersonal large hotel.

Ideal for a short city break.
The Divine is not a hotel but a studio appartment. The best thing about it was its position, right in the centre of Dubrovnik. The owner was very helpful and spoke excellent English. The room was everything we needed for a short break in the city and ideally placed for restaurants (two just outside the front door!). There were a lot of steps inside the building (we were on the second floor) It would not be suitable for disabled people. The restaurants could be a bit noisy in the evening but to us it all added to the Dubrovnik experience.

Fantastic apartment in the old town of Dubrovnik. Excellent street view, great location, very quiet. The apartment is also very well appointed, everything you need, full kitchen, even a patio, clotheslines, washing machine! Wifi, air conditioning.

Petit studio très bien situé, très bien entretenu et très bien équipé avec un petit bémol en ce qui concerne le coin cuisine qui est équipé d'un petit frigo et avec seulement 2 petites casseroles ce qui n'est pas pratique. Le personnel d'accueil est fort sympathique et parle français. N'oubliez pas de leur préciser votre heure d'arrivée (ce que je n'ai pas fait car je n'ai pas eu de mail) car le personnel n'est pas sur place.

THIS is THE place to stay!
Let me first say that if I ever get the chance to return to this magical city, I will not do a Search for a place to stay. I would not stay anywhere else but The Divine Apartments. My daughters have dubbed me The Hotel Queen bc I typically find excellent places (with excellent rates) in which to stay.This time I truly deserved the title. Most striking was the excellent treatment from Viktor, the manager, who went far beyond anything I have ever experienced from other managers....and this trip marked the 28th country I have visited. The apartment's door is concealed in the midst of a busy area. No one would suspect that apartments were behind the door, which is always locked. To get into my own apartment, I had to unlock three doors. What a feeling of security and comfort that gave me. To add to that, as Viktor was carrying my luggage to the apartment, he pointed out a shop owner I could rely on if I needed anything immediately. More security and comfort..... I have also never experienced a quieter apartment / hotel room. As soon as that last door was shut, I could hear nothing from the street below. I was amazed....but Viktor can say he told me so! There are great places to eat, super little shops, an excellent wine store and a grocery store nearby. The apartment itself is incredibly clean, well-appointed, and well-stocked. You cannot miss by choosing The Divine Apartments.

apartment was clean and very comfortable with plenty of room for the two of us.dishwasher washing machine hobbs oven microwave large fridge freezer hairdryer all there. plenty of crockery and cutlery courtyard great shaded very good for breakfasts and evening drinks. the noise from the extractor fan was a little noisy but wouldn't deter us from recommending this apartment to friends and family.We were worried it might be noisy being in the old town and being close to pizza restaurant but needn't have worried
