Amazing Stay
Perfect for Families! We stayed with our two children under 2 years old. We made most of our meals at home and everything we needed to cook was available. We also thought the home was even better in person than the listing pictures. We would definitely come back!

Perfect Cape Getaway!
The property was clean, had just enough space and was a great location! A quick walk to the beach, park and lots of shops and restaurants. Dennis was the ideal host and quickly answered all of my questions and even followed up during my stay to make sure everything was okay!

Convenient Location
Dennis was an excellent host. He responded quickly with any questions that we had. The property was convenient to many beaches and having a park across the street was wonderful. We enjoyed the tennis courts and playground. Wonderful stay!

Wonderful Vacation
My family and I had a wonderful stay at Dennis’s home. It was very clean when we arrived. It had everything we needed. The location was very convenient. Dennis was great at answering any questions I had. We hope to stay here again in the future!

My family and I had a great stay. Dennis was prompt with any and all requests...thanks Dennis! The property had all of the necessities and was clean and very comfortable. The Bike Rail Trail was an easy 2 mile ride from the house. It was fun lounging on the front deck for daily Happy Hour. The property did get hot and the two provided air conditioners were not adequate to cool the entire house...so I brought my own and very glad that I did. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean, cute and great location!
The property was great! Very clean and had all of the household items you would ever need while on vacation. Dennis was a great communicator and made the stay very enjoyable for our family. Plus, the proximity to the beach and many local restaurants was great for our family!

Cape Cod Visit
Overall this was a very pleasant stay for my family. It was our first time to Cape Cod. Overall Cape Cod is a really fantastic place albeit a bit expensive. The house was perfect for our needs. Only negative was the partial A/C. Two of the bedrooms have window-box A/C units. The 3rd bedroom or the living area only had fans which were inadequate during our stay. However, on balance, the place was really nice, clean and well fitted out. I have no hesitation in recommending this place. Ideal for families with young children or older teenage children.. Troximity to the beach was a real advantage - could walk to the beach through the park in 5 minutes. Thank you Dennis - I really enjoyed the stay. Brian and family.

terrific Cape Cod cottage
Very nice Cape rental across the street from Seaview park, tennis courts walking trails and few minute walk to the beach. Cottage is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant and comfortable stay. Two thumbs up!
