Wonderful and cozy vacation cottage!!
This adorable cottage was clean, true to the description and the perfect place to spend time with our family for our vacation. I would most definitely stay here again in the future!!

Wonderful cottage
It has been many years since we visited the Cape & my mom wanted to visit again. We spent time with childhood friends and visited the many shops. The cottage was perfect, it had everything we needed and then some, the location was great. Would absolutely stay again.

Awesome Rental.

Great Vacation
This was the third year we rented this cottage. We love the location - so close to beaches and great restaurants. The house is immaculate and the kitchen is well stocked. We noticed the improvements -new comfy patio furniture and the new bench in outdoor shower. We are coming back next year.

Family Time Fun Time
Location great..Discovered Dennis Beach which was our favourite . Family bike rides. Many trips for ice cream Sundae School the best, Lots of dining for seafood..I personally had 3 different lobster rolls. House was perfect for 6. Everyone enjoyed outside shower and a nice kitchen to play games with grandkids. Lee was a joy to work with...house better than pictures and hope to return next year!

Cute Cape Cottage
This little cottage was perfect for our family of 5. It was on a very quiet street - just a few blocks from a great ice cream parlor and just a few more blocks to the beach! It was well stocked and cozy. We had a great time!

Perfect for a getaway
The house was super cute and very clean. The owners were very responsive to our questions and were easy to work with. Everyone was raving about good of a find this house was. The outdoor shower and the porch were amazing.

A lovely cottage conveniently located in Dennis Port.
This small home is very nicely decorated and a nice retreat for a couple or small family. The owner has supplied all of the essentials- pots and pans, cooking utensils, large and small appliances, and a comfy living room with a tv, and even books! The check in process was easy, and Lee, the owner, reached out to us prior to departure to ensure that any questions were answered. We enjoyed our stay!

Convenient, cozy, and complete
The location of this charming, cottage home, in such a quiet neighborhood, was exactly what my family needed for our Cape adventures and down time. The kitchen is stocked, outdoor deck/patio table and chairs, provided morning sun and evening shade, basement access door made it easy to store our bikes out of the elements while we weren't using them, and the hosts kindly provided many beach supplies, like umbrellas and chairs, which saved us the hassle and expense of buying them. The a/c worked great even on the hottest days. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

It’s guests like Jody who make this rental of our cherished cottage so enjoyable. She respected our property just as we would have, and she graciously appreciated our efforts to make her stay pleasant. A win-win!

Great Cottage

An Absolute Gem in an Amazing Location!
We (2 adults) had a wonderful stay at Lee's home. It was truly even better than depicted online. The walk-to-beach is no lie, a short 5-7 minute walk to a very private beach. There was no parking fee and it was open to the public til 11pm. There are countless great restaurants a short drive away. Highly recommend The Skipper in Yarmouth and Brax Landing in Harwichport. Sundae School ice cream is just down the road. Check-in was a breeze and we had zero issues at all with cleanliness or anything else. I can't recommend this rental enough!

What delightful guests. Alex inspired my confidence with his polite, easy-going manner by phone, and lived up to that confidence by treating our cottage with the same level of attention and care as we do. Probably more.

Excellent Property!
What a charming, IMMACULATE, cozy and welcoming home away from home. The location is perfect for beach, shopping and dining. Lee couldn’t be any more helpful. The place is perfect for a stay in the cape. Everything is available and the home is perfect!! Can’t wait to stay again!

Sister getaway
Location is great. We went on a whale watch in Hyannis, then spent 2 days at Nickerson state park ponds. Walked the Dennis beaches in the evenings and saw a movie in the Dennis cinema. Beds are comfortable with a/cs in the rooms. The place could use a good dust mop in the corners.

Great Cape House
Owner is super-responsive and went above and beyond for us as we were traveling from a longer-than-normal distance. The house was perfectly located for our beach vacation and family wedding.

Nice place to stay
We checked in on Sunday and the owner gave us early check in which was awesome. The house was clean and spacious. It had a nice deck. Clean grill. Was within 15 minutes of driving to both Seagull beach and Mayflower beach. It was walking distance to Sea St beach but found this beach very small and preferred the other 2. Parking at both beaches was what we expected. $20 at Seagull and $25 at Mayflower. The home was also located within a short drive to many places to eat in or order out. We are already considering staying here again next August.

Fabulous Vacation Rental

Perfect fit
This house had everything we needed. We had plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 kids and appreciated how comfortable everything about the set up felt. Bringing our own bedding took up space in the car, but we balanced it out by bringing less beach gear because Lee was so kind to provide it. We loved that the house was in walking distance to so much, though we wound up driving to other beaches because Sea Street was down a flight of stairs and tiny, which was more hassle than we needed with two small children. Fortunately, there are so many options within a short drive! This is a great house to rent in a great location and we definitely recommend it!

Wonderful Time Despite Tropical Storm

Amazing weekend stay!
We stayed at the property for a long weekend. Despite unseasonably chilly and rainy weather, it was the best! This house was absolute perfection. Quaint, great location, has everything you need for a weekend away. Because of the weather, we were unable to enjoy the deck/grill, but great to have available. Outdoor shower a plus as always! Communication leading up to arrival was great - love arriving to a property and having no questions about check in! Highly recommend this lovely home!

A Charming Cape Home
We absolutely loved this rental! I was aiming to have a nice, quiet few days at the beach with friends to relax and recuperate, and this lovely house was perfect for that. The kitchen was well stocked with pans so we could cook, and the patio was lovely to sit on! The home was quaint and decorated with classic Cape Cod style, for a nice and cozy stay. The location is pretty excellent-- not only is there a fantastic bakery right down the street (open on weekends), but the house is a short walk from a beach. This location on the Cape is especially good for exploring lots of different areas, because nothing is too far away. Harding beach is within 20 minutes, as is Chatham, and Orleans isn't much farther. It's a great base for exploring! Overall, you just can't go wrong with spending a little time on the Cape, and this house made it extra special. I also really appreciated that the house backs up the conservation land-- I heard an owl!! It was great. The host was prompt, thorough in all cleaning procedures, and responsive. Thanks for a great stay!

Tenants don’t come any finer than this one! She made sharing our cottage a rewarding experience way beyond the rental income.

What a great place
We had a wonderful time. This house is in a perfect location. Accessible to beaches,stores,restaurants etc.very clean and well kept. We had 2 toddlers. Owner was very nice and accommodating .

Very comfortable stay with a solid location
The house itself is very cozy! And the host is very kind and responsive! Nice living room and kitchen and the beds are all very comfortable. Although all the AC units are in the bedrooms down the hall so the kitchen and living room might be a bit warm humid when you first arrive. Also, it was not a problem for us, but there are a number small bugs that get into the house and bedrooms (probably from the land reservation in the backyard?) If your party has any clean-freaks, it may be a point to remember. As a group of 18YOs, we found that the location was decent. A safe neighborhood, but a quiet one. The Sea street beach nearby is somewhat small but the water was very warm (August). There is a place to go kayaking nearby as well as a little ice cream shop. My friends and I mostly took day trips out of town to more interesting and active places such as Provincetown and a Hyannis. The bigger beaches we went to, such as Mayflower Beach, are as close as a 20 minute car ride, but go early if you want to get a parking space, we went at 12pm and had to head down the street to a different beach. Overall, the house is very comfortable and perfectly outfitted for a group of 5 friends, but some of the more famous highlights of the cape will be a day-trip away. P.S. the driveway can fit up to two cars

We appreciate the thorough and favorable response from this guest and hope he and his group will visit us again. They left our cottage in terrific shape. Regarding the small bugs in the cottage, we agree they may have been "day-trippers" from the conservation land behind the property, as our current guests are not seeing the same thing now. However, we will conduct our own inspection and take any necessary action once our current guests depart. We will of course continue our current practice of having the cottage professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest's stay.

Better than the pictures!
We absolutely loved our stay at Lee’s! The house is actually bigger than the pictures and was perfect for 6 ppl to stay. Lee was amazing during the communication process and made everything super easy to check in etc. We were even able to check in a little early which was nice. We walked to the beach every day and even stopped at Wolfies for breakfast which is a must try! The outdoor shower, grill, and deck were a favorite for us. Beds and couch were super cozy! Having laundry on site was a wonderful feature too though we didn’t end up needing it. Giving this place 5+ stars and would definitely stay again!!!

It is easy to be a good hostess/owner when you've got a courteous, responsible guest like Kim . This is a tough summer for guests and hosts alike, with ever-changing rules to follow and dangers to avoid. I'm thrilled that this guest and her group were able to enjoy the wonders of the Cape despite this difficult summer of 2020.

Amazing weekend!!
Loved the house!! We only used the outdoor shower because it was just so amazing to have and the living room was great for the night time to hangout and spend some time together. Perfect location for a lot of the local beaches, Sea Street Beach was awesome, and so was West Dennis! Thanks for an amazing stay :)

Great stay!
We had a wonderful time at Lee’s property. It had everything you need for a long weekend or week-long stay on the Cape. Lee was very communicative before arrival which made our Check-in process quite easy. The house is a quick walk to Sea Street Beach and several local eateries (Mexican, fish and chips, coffee, and ice cream). We can’t wait to return!

Awesome home, great location
Property was easy to access and quick and easy communication with property owner. Lots of space in bedrooms, living room and outside deck. Having one and half bathrooms is great as well as outdoor shower that was fabulous. We enjoyed the deck to eat outside. The property was very clean and the location was close to many places to enjoy and walking distance to the beaches. We were able to drop off food we were bringing before checkin time because we were traveling past to visit with friends. We really appreciated the flexibility on our arrival to just drop our food. We used the kitchen and laundry which are very good. Thank you for the opportunity to book your home. We would definitely recommend it and would definitely book again in the future!!!

Really cute house in a great location.

Quintessential Cape

Great Location!
Very Cozy and Welcoming home; short walk to an ice cream stand, a mini golf course, a place that makes a great blueberry muffin or egg sandwich (Wolfies), and a decent restaurant and grill. The beach is only about half a mile away, and there's a place you can go kayaking about a mile down the road. The owners were very pleasant to communicate with. Check in and out is a breeze. My family loved it! We made some wonderful memories at the Cape and would definitely stay there again.

This guest was the first to visit our new cottage. If all our guests are as courteous, responsive, and conscientious in taking care of our cottage as this one, we will be overjoyed.
