Great location
We had a great time at the property. Close to a beautiful beach where our kids had an amazing time. The owner was great and very responsive. Definitely recommend.

Magical Vacation Spot
This place was everything we needed for our vacation. Truly a 10 minute walk to the beach. Great yard for the kids to play in. There’s beautiful maple trees that provided ample shade on back deck for those hot and sunny days. It’s off the main road and there’s plenty of privacy. Would highly recommend!

Great Location, Needs TLC, AC updates
Location was great, but house needed upkeep and TLC. The house was cleaned well but yard not mowed, weeds growing in outdoor shower and house just needed updating. The window AC units do not cool the whole house and it was tough for kids to sleep on warm days. We have stayed at other 5 star VRBO and this fell short of those other houses. With some upgrades this would be great. Deck was very nice.

Hi Craig! Thank you for the feedback. Sorry the home did not live up to your expectations. We take all input to heart and address what is reasonable. I will point out 19 of last 20 reviews were 5s and one 4. I encourage all future guest to read many reviews including yours. We strive to have every family have a stress-free relaxing vacation. As we communicated multi ways we are a text away and do want to address any issues real time. Lucky, or unluckily, you arrived on the hottest day of the year. Before you booked you asked about air conditioning (I included response below). I specifically communicated that the 2 non-master bedrooms are not air conditioned and would need to have doors open at nigh to let any air conditioning in. It was also repeated very clearly in the agreement you get after booking. We do not hide this shortfall since we want every guest to have their expectation exceeded. Also having the window fans running simply negated the marginal cooling available. The lawn was long upon arrival but did get mowed very early in the stay. Given the heat and rain it just was not addressed on the set weekly schedule. Your specific issues are accurate. Appreciate the feedback. Will let the last 20 reviews speak for the rating. They average 4.95 out of 5 (19 of 20 5s, 1-4). Sorry you stay fell short of expectations, Fred

Lombardi Heights at the Cape
Terrific beach house! Very comfortable living on one level floor, very important for a senior family member. With the large deck we didn't feel we had to make a big push to get to the beach in order to enjoy the cape. Surprisingly quiet for just off Beach St. Great location and cool house.

great location and layout Memorial Day weekend
walking distance to Mayflower- super short drive to drop off area -nice layout for 4 adults with full bath and half bath off master bedroom -host very responsive house has all that is needed and quiet in the evenings - attending wedding at Dennis Inn which was short drive so really nice amazing donuts at Village Cafe Donuts but you have to be there early- Fred the host was very responsive- great Memorial Day weekend

Quiet cozy home close to family friendly beach
Our family greatly enjoyed our stay. Mayflower beach is beautiful and was a quick 10 minute walk away. House was very clean and had everything we needed. Fred was very kind and helpful providing some great local tips!

Fun and functional
This place was just as described: close to the beach, giant porch, functional living space. Inside was not fancy or fussy but I was impressed with the cleanliness on arrival and the newness of offerings where it counted most for me: kitchen and bathrooms. We would definitely stay again!

Comfortable
We stayed at this house during a heatwave. Nice to be able to have AC in the kitchen and master bedroom. Living room furniture was very comfortable and there was plenty of seating. The large deck was nice and shaded by late afternoon. Great for grilling and relaxing. Walk to Bay View beach was made easier, as they had plenty of wagons to pull beach chairs, etc.

Amazing week!
Fred was a great host! He communicated well before and during our stay and was very accommodating. The house was nice and clean. It had a well stocked kitchen, family games and an awesome large deck. The kids had fun playing in the large yard and the walk to the beach was short and easy. We had an amazing week. Thanks Fred!

Very clean and comfortable house with lovely owners
We had a great time staying at Fred’s and Regina’s house. From the very beginning of making our reservation, they were wonderful about communicating with us about the property and they went out of their way to be available for any questions we had or anything we needed. Regina stopped by right when we arrived to make sure we had everything we needed. I was incredibly impressed with how clean and well maintained the house was. I would absolutely recommend this rental to anyone and it was super convenient for us as we spent almost every day at Mayflower beach which is very close. Thanks very much Fred and Regina!

Would definitely stay there again!
The place was exactly as advertised which was perfect for our family of four! The deck was great and made it feel like the house was even bigger than it actually is because of the extra outdoor space. Everything was perfect.

Perfect Beach Cottage
This place was so cozy, adorable, and perfectly located within walking distance of Bayview Beach, which is one of the best beaches in the WORLD. It is perfect for families, on a very safe side street, with a huge sunny deck, and big, shaded backyard. It has a super well-equipped kitchen and includes beach chairs, wagons and beach toys. The common areas feel spacious and the bedrooms are small but cozy. Fred is an amazing host and very helpful and accommodating. I could not recommend this place more highly and an hoping to rent it again for the same week next year.

Restful & Relaxing
A good friend and I wanted to get away and this property provided that. It was within walking distance to 2 very nice beaches. This is the first time I've visited the cape in September and it wasn't as crowded which was a plus. Even though we didn't use the kitchen and washer/dryer, the kitchen looked like it was well stocked with plates, silverware, and cooking utensils.

This property and owner are amazing! Me and my family didn't need or want for anything here. The pictures/description of this beach house are exactly what you will be arriving to. Between the big yard, the spacious deck with a nice clean grill and eating space, and the big living room, this place is exactly what me and my family needed for a perfect vacay . Fred the owner was extremely friendly, easy to get in touch with, and gave us a bunch of booklets on activities in the cape to do with the kids! Walked to Mayflower beach in 10 minutes,and the beach wagons that were provided to us were so clutch in making our beach trips a piece of cake! A 5-minute drive brought us to ice cream shops, gift shops, restaurants ...every Cape cod "must". Thanks Fred!😀 We are already looking forward to coming back.

This one checked all the boxes for us!
We have seen many places and are always looking for the one we want to be in every summer. This one is the closest we've ever come to perfection and we cannot wait to come back! The location, the yard and the huge deck are some of the best features. The living space within is perfect because it's nice and open. Everything was super clean and very easy to maintain during our stay. They have full size washer and dryer and dishwasher which are a must and not always something you can find. Plenty of extra beach stuff and kitchenware. And 1.5 baths is awesome plus the addition of the outside shower. We could walk to go out to eat or to the beach with no trouble. We could also run out to get donuts or groceries only a 3-minute drive away. The owners were super nice and gave us all kinds of great tips on places to eat and how to get to the beach. Very easy to get in contact not that we had anything we needed during our week's stay. Bonus, as a runner it was really nice to have some quiet streets to run around and end up with a nice run on the beach before heading back. We highly recommend!

Wonderful Vacation
This is the first time we have rented a property on the cape and we chose it based on the VBRO reviews and price range. We stayed at this home with 2 small families (4 adults and 2 children 7-8 yrs old). This house was exactly as advertised and met all of our needs. It was clean, comfortable beds, and stocked with everything we needed including beach chairs and a wagon for traveling to the beach. The weather was very hot and humid during our stay but the house has two AC units to help cool it down for sleeping. The beach was better than I expected! Bayview beach is gorgeous and never felt busy or crowded even during high tide. The waters were clear and warm and at low tide the beach went on forever leaving little pools for the kids to play in. I felt very safe letting the kids play in the water because the bay is so calm. The short walk was easy even for the kids. There is a shortcut path at the end of the road that leads toward the beach so only a very short portion of a more traveled road needs to be crossed and the rest of the walk is on very calm side streets. When we were not at the beach we hung out in the yard playing lawn games or reading on the amazing deck! (The deck is so massive our friends nicknamed it the Moby Deck!). We ended up grilling every night and eating dinners outside together on the deck in the shade. The little downtown area has some cute shops, all sorts of treats like ice cream, donut shop, candy store, and a small playground. The owner, Fred, is extremely communicative and kind. He answered all of questions and gave us lots of recommendations to help make our stay in Dennis enjoyable. I highly recommend this property to anyone who wants to visit Dennis and have a relaxing beach filled vacation.

Easy access to beaches
Mayflower and Corporation beaches are a short drive away. Walk would not be easy, especially with children or older guests - we drove and parked each day. Street is very quiet. Kitchen was well equipped and bathrooms were nicely renovated. Window air conditioners struggled on our hottest days, so bring extra fans with you if you’re sensitive to the heat! Owners were extremely friendly and easy to reach during our stay.

We had the best family Vacation at Fred’s house! Walking distance to the most beautiful beach. Great deck for outdoor meals and relaxation! Lots of space. Fred was so helpful! House is close to food and groceries and the cutest little creamery.

This location was a great place for a relaxed laid back stay. The house came equipped with everything we needed. The deck is massive and a great hang out spot after a day at the beach. We took Fred's suggestion and went to the beach to see the sunset and the views are phenomenal. All in all a great stay and I plan to return!

When I think of Cape Cod, I think of Dennis. This wonderful property is a 10 minute walk from Mayflower beach. The place was immaculate and came with a huge back deck for grilling and long dinners over the picnic table. Zoom videoconference-grade wifi, a great little market/deli up the street, and a great take-out pizzeria kitty-corner to the market. They had me at "10 minute walk from Mayflower," but this was an absolutely wonderful, wonderful stay.

Perfect beach stay!
This house was perfect for a quiet beach week for our family of five. It’s a short walk to the best beach on the Cape, and close to everything Dennis has to offer. The house is super clean and bright, and has everything you need for your vacation. The owners were super nice and helpful, and really went the extra mile to make our vacation special, like giving us recommendations for restaurants. We will definitely be back!

Great week in a great location!
We had fabulous weather for an early summer trip! We chose this house for getting proximity to the best beaches for kids, and the beaches did not disappoint! Even in early summer, the shallow tidal pools heat up enough to be comfortable for small kids to play all day. When not at the beach, we were on the huge deck! Enjoyed grilling And evening light cooking with the fully stocked kitchen. Great stay!

Fantastic home!
We had such a wonderful stay! The home is exceptionally clean and the location is great! It's obvious that Fred and Gina (who were absolutely fantastic!) have wonderful memories in the house and they truly want you to have the same. Their thoughtful touches are evident throughout the home, such as fresh flowers on the table, bottles of water in the fridge, nightlights in bathrooms, a hairdryer, beach chairs and umbrellas that are in perfect condition, an awesome deck with clean and comfortable furniture...everything to make a vacation easy and pleasant! We would definitely rent again.

Location Location
Our summer vacation week was great. The house was all it was advertised. It was clean, had all the necessities and the owners were very approachable. There were even fresh flowers from the yard on the kitchen table!! The location to Mayflower Beach is awesome, takes the stress out of having to plan the trip to beach as you are not concerned with full parking lots. The deck is awesome and a great post beach hangout. HIghly recommend this property.

Great family vacation
We had a great time this summer at the beach house! Super clean, lots of communication with the owners, reasonable walk to the beach, and a FANTASTIC outdoor space. The deck is awesome. And the neighborhood was very nice. The house provides 4 parking spots and there is no street side parking, so it’s the perfect house for 6 to sleep comfortably. Just have to be mindful of parking if you have any additional guests by.

Great vacation house!
This house is great: really clean and airy, well equipped, with an awesome deck and yard. The owners are accommodating and very friendly. Best of all, it’s walking distance to one of the best beaches on the Cape. We will definitely stay here again!

extremely clean - we've been renting for 30 yrs at the Cape, & I've never stayed in a cleaner house
very quiet street - house very clean - owners extremely friendly!!! it was a bit difficult to get to the beach by walking, esp with two small kids - but we managed well - we would stay here again!

excellent for families!
The owners could not have been nicer or more helpful. They really went above and beyond to be accommodating and ensure a fun vacation for us. The walk to the beach is short (less than 10 min loaded down with umbrellas and toys) and the location is quiet. The interior of the house is perfect for children and families with 2 bathrooms and an outdoor shower.

Extremely well maintained and perfect size for a family vacation on the Cape!

A wonderful place to take in so much Cape Cod has to offer!
We picked this property based upon the great reviews and proximity to some of our daughter's favorite beaches. The owners cannot be more accommodating in making sure that every aspect of your stay is attended to. The binder of menus, peaceful location, squeaky clean accommodations, and accessibility to attractions cannot be beat. We had a wonderful time and hope to return next year.

The warmest and kindest hospitality, for a perfect family stay
Thank you very much to Fred and Gina for their constant attention to our well being in the house and for their valuable advice that allowed us to discover the beautiful Cape Cod area. The house was perfect for our three little ones, super equipped, well located in a very pleasant neighborhood and so close to the beaches. We regret not being able to stay longer and will definitely come back.

Great Cottage!
My husband and I recently stayed here with our almost 2 year old son and had a wonderful experience. The cottage was perfect for the three of us, VERY clean and the large deck gave our toddler a lot of space to run around. Mayflower beach is less than a mile away and it's the perfect beach for small children, especially at low tide. The owners went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and we would definitely stay here again!
