I’m so glad that Gayle and her family enjoyed the house. I did check in throughout the stay and always received positive reviews. Gayle did ask to extend the vacation by a few days, which I tried to accommodate but unfortunately when I was unwilling to significantly discount the extra days they were no longer interested. We do ask as part of our checkout process that most towels that are used are washed. This is so that towels are washed throughout the stay and avoid a bunch of wet towels sitting around for a week. When large families stay at the house and everyone is using a couple towels a day, the wet towel pile can add up quickly.
