Fantastic 4-Day weekend in Del Mar
This property is just as presented in the listing. The host, Gina, was very responsive and hospitable. We love Del Mar and the long walks on the beach. This propery is one block off the beach giving the perfect access to everything we need. Great area for running along the beach and walking to some of the best restaurants. The area is very safe for all ages. I recommend this property.

Great location
Nice apartment, quiet even though it’s on a busy street. A very short walk from the beautiful Del Mar beach. Manager very responsive to questions etc.

Fun Getaway
The property was just as described. Great location, beautiful property, clean and well decorated. We had a great time during our mini vacation. We were a short walk to the dog beach which is lovely around 5-6pm. We were minutes from restaurants. I highly recommend this rental.

Great Stay!
The property was very clean and the beds were comfortable. It is in a great location, but the road can be busy if you try to sleep with the windows open. Seamless check in and check out process. We would choose this again if we return!

Easy, convenient, and right by the beach!
We really enjoyed our stay. The place was a great location for us - easy, walkable access to the beach (with beach toys and chairs available), and to get to a variety of locations in SD. The place was great for a weekend beach vacation.

Fantastic location and gorgeous place
We loved this condo. Our family of 4 needed a nice place to stay while visiting family. It’s beautifully decorated with a nice layout, comfortable beds and a great kitchen! Love the bathrooms - great modern design and feel. We appreciated being close to beach to go on walks!

Thanksgiving in Del Mar
Del Mar is such a quaint little beach town for those of you looking for the quieter side of SoCal. The apartment was nicely appointed for a small group. We had an issue with the oven and stove not working but the property manager Gina was very responsive in getting a handiman over. When it turned out that the entire thing needed to be replaced she dropped off a toaster oven so we could at least have something to heat up food that doesn't go in a microwave. She even gave us a bag of pastries for our trouble :) Thanks Gina! All in all our stay in the Sea Horse Condo was very nice.

Last Minute Trip
We were so happy to get this rental at the last minute! We love the area and the easy access to the beach. The place had everything you need including boogie boards, beach chairs etc. We enjoyed our time!

The condo is in a great location. It’s a nice neighborhood and Walking distance to beach. No central air but the unit has portable coolers and it was comfortable. Good vacation overall.

Love Del Mar
This condo is adorable, very stylish, and has a fab location. The beach, one block away, is fantastic; my grandkids loved it. The second bedroom had no AC and was stuffy, and if the overhead neighbors would take off their shoes, it would help. The location makes it a winner!

Close to the Beach
The location is wonderful. The place was very clean and comfortable. It was a one-block walk to the beach in a beautiful neighborhood. The neighbors are a bit noisy above, but it wasn't too bad. We had a great time.

Great beach town condo
My family (husband, me, 9 year old daughter, and 7 year old son) enjoyed our recent stay at the Del Mar condo. It was clean and cozy and made for a great home base as we explored Lego Land, the San Diego Safari Park, beach, and mini golf. Only minor quibbles were that there weren't enough washcloths (only 2 were available and there were 4 of us there for a few days) and the insulation wasn't great as we heard the upstairs neighbors walking around both late in the evening and early in the morning. So, bring earplugs. :) Other than that, the place was great and we would happily visit again.

Lovely Rental
Updated unit in a convenient location for us visiting with family and friends in the San Diego area. We easily walked to restaurants in the area. The beds were comfortable and the decor was fresh and modern. The unit was clean and there was everything you needed. Dedicated parking spot a plus. Suggest bringing eye mask if you need a dark room for sleeping and the upstairs neighbors were a bit loud, especially in the early morning. Bringing some ear plugs may help. TVs and internet worked well. Overall recommend this rental.
