Elizabeth, just wanted to let you know we went in last week took care of any shower mold and cleaned all the baseboards & trim. I also took care of the crock pot. Those things I have control over. However, being a beach community we do get different groups of people coming through. Most are families and great. But, like most places, sometimes an unpleasant element can come through. Part of being in a free country.

Tisha, I'm sorry for the mix up on Tuesday. Our housekeeper had several units to do, and likes to get started at Ocean Walk. She knocked, didn't hear anything, then used her key, figuring at 9:40 you already left. She was surprised and embarssed when she saw you and knew she had bothered you! She called her supervisor, thinking we had a schedule mix up. With 12 units in 3 different buildings, it can happen. That's why Dylan called asking if you had been given a later check out. Trying to figure out what happened. By the way, depending on the schedule, we have done later check outs for guests who have requested it in advance. Normally check out is at 10 on all 12 units. In my conversation with the housekeeper today, I told her we really need to wait until 10, unless we know the guest has already left beforehand. In our busy season I send text messages, reminding guests about the check out time, and asking if anyone is leaving early. We have just come out of that time. Again I am sorry for the confusion and interruption. We look forward to having you back.

Ocean Walk is in the center of everything, walking distance to the night life on Seabreeze BLVD & Main ST, great for bike events. We look forward to having you back.

Larla, Thanks for letting me know about the blender & mattress. I wish you had contacted us during your stay, I have extra brand new blenders in storage. I put a new one up there today. I also had my maintenance man check the master bed, thought maybe something underneath may be causing an issue, and he turned the mattress. While that helped, we have decided to replace the mattress ASAP. Thanks again. Dennis & Carmen

V, I will check and may sure the cleaning fans are cleaned this week. Regarding the master shower floor, it has an epoxy coating on top of the fiberglass shower base. That's the crack you see, it's just in that coating. The epoxy is much easier to keep clean than the original base. On coffee cups I was just over there after you checked out. There were 6 clear coffee cups in the upper right hand cabinet. Sorry you didn't see those, they replaced the blue & tan coffee cups. On supplies with your reservation confirmation I sent you a supplement on what would be in the unit regarding a starter set of supplies. I do use a 2 ply commercial grade of toilet paper. Most of our guests (99%) have their own transportation and drive to the nearby Publix. But Walgreens is in walking distance for some basic supplies. In walking distance the Ocean Walk Shoppes, which are attached to the building, have a number of restaurants, next door at the Hilton is Hyde Park for fine dining, and across the street is fast food and the diner. The gym and one inside pool that are closed are controlled by Wyndham. However, the inside pool on the lobby level is open along with the outside pools, hot tubs, and lazy river. We are waiting for there corporate overlords to open them. They were supposed to re-open them in April.

Cindy, thanks for the review and letting me know about the hot water issue. The problem was the cartridge that controls the water flow on the shower, I also changed the one in the guest bathroom too. I noticed it wasn't turning off properly. I really do appreciate your input so I could take care of this issue. We look forward to having you back.
