The property has three balconies and the views are excellent. Everything about the unit itself was what it said it would be visually. The only issues I have is that the kitchen is not stocked for guests who are staying a week or longer. For example, there was only one coffee cup and the pots snd pans were old. So we didn't cook as much as originally planned.
Also bring your all your kitchen accessories such as scrubbers, dish soap, foils/ziplocks, clothing detergents, and especially toilet paper, unless you’re a fan of 1ply sandpaper. And they only had regular sized glass cups so bring plastic or larger if you want to walk the beach or if you have kiddos.
The only other issues we had was that the ceiling fans were caked with dust that rained down at first when we turned them on. A huge crack needs fixing in the master shower.
As far as the hotel itself goes. The entire bottom level of hotel were the gym and putt putt were supposed to be was under construction and not available.
The boardwalk & pier is walking distance from the hotel and the beach and pools are easy to access. The pool bar was also great.
However, We were disappointed in the food options and night life, and lack of activities available on the strip/walking distance for us. The amusement park consisted of only two rides that were both extreme like bungee jumping. And the water park/fun park was dated. Only half the games worked and it was not very clean and maintained.
We ended up driving to ormond beach for meals and to Orlando or other places for activities. This location is excellent for beach and pool days.
