Hello Frank! Thank you for staying with us and for your kind remarks regarding our staff; we truly appreciate your business and your feedback. Every room in our hotel has a mini fridge and microwave. In our standard rooms like you booked, they are located inside the cabinet where the coffee maker sits. If you had difficulty finding the mini fridge, I wish you would have let us know, and we could have helped you. I honestly have never had anyone report difficulty in finding it before. Although there is no guest laundry on the third floor where you stayed, we do have one on the second floor just below where you were. Again, I wish you would have asked for assistance. Every room also has a desk chair at the desk in each room as well as an ottoman that could be used for additional seating. Only our accessible rooms with two queen beds and some studio suites have additional chairs beyond that. Our studio suites have sleeper sofas, too. You stayed in a standard room with one king bed which does not have that additional seating, but we do not advertise or claim that they do.
