Great stay

Perfect spot
This condo was perfect! Very clean, perfect location, first floor so zipping in from the beach or pool is seamless. We had an excellent time & had everything we needed.

Nice Condo on the Beach
Enjoyed our stay at this condo - the location on Dauphin Island was great. The communication with the property manager was good and the check in process easy. Be aware there is paperwork to sign and a lengthy set of rules to sign off on when staying at this condo - none of the rules were unreasonable, it was just a little stressful knowing there were 3 pages of rules to follow.

Nice stay
We like Dauphin island because it is very quiet. This apartment is very nice and I like being on the first floor so that I never have to wait for the elevator. It makes it easy at check in and check out. The building in general is very well maintained and the staff is helpful

Great condo with attentive owner
This was a very nice condo. It did not have much equipment for the beach but this was known prior to arriving. The AC unit did not work for about 24 hours but unit was replaced quickly and communication from owner was very good.

Excellent Time
We loved our time! Only two things we were not aware of. There is not a coffee make for Kcups and the Master Suite does not have any closet space. Other than that it was great and we would stay again!

Perfect for families
4 adults, 3 children (6-13): spent an entire week and enjoyed every minute of it. Property was perfectly located in the beach with easy access to restaurants. Plenty of space, easy parking, well supplied kitchen, and private balcony. Absolutely perfect condo!

Loved everything about this condo!
Loved the condo, loved the hotel, loved the location! We were wanting a more “secluded” and not as busy beach to stay for the weekend and this condo provided just that and more! We loved the pools too! Such a great experience!! The owners were great with communication too!

AC issues
We arrived on Thursday and the ac was running. It got a little warm in the condo. Friday it got warm in the condo. An ac guy came and confirmed it had frozen up. He said it was probably low in freon and that would be taken care of the next morning. He instructed us to turn unit off for 4 to 6 hours. We did. The ac thawed and then cooled most of the night. But froze up again. *Derek, the property manager did offer to relocate us to another condo. But it would have been so inconvenient. Saturday night was pretty much unbearable. 76 degrees in a beach front room in May. Called Derek back and we did change condos. Derek did work with us to help us continue our vacation peacefully. The condos were clean and the manager was very kind. Condo owners should have HVAC serviced each spring to prevent this type issue.

Fabulous condo with cool decor.
This is one of the coolest condo we have rented at Holiday Isle. The decor was so fun and the condo was immaculate. The mounted paddle boards on the walls were so neat and it is as beautiful decorated. We also enjoy being on the 1st floor so quick walk to the hot top, pools, or cars. Definitely my favorite condo at this resort!

Beautiful Beach Getaway~
We had an amazing trip! The property was even prettier than the pictures. Derek and Kim were excellent and quickly helped us fix the issue with the Direct TV since a storm knocked the signal out the night before. My husband was so thankful so that he didn't miss any basketball games. :) The beds were very cozy and we slept great. The kitchen had everything we needed and the large table was perfect for family dinners and game nights. The view from the large porch was amazing! The only thing we would have liked to have was beach chairs, although my kiddos loved the pool floats that were provided. They had a blast in the pool as well as the ocean! A great place that we would ABSOLUTELY recommend!

Wonderful condo
This condo was so wonderful. The interior furnishings were all very high quality, including the super nice furniture on the balcony! It was conveniently located on the first floor which was super convenient to the parking garage and exit to pool/beach. We have stayed in many condos but this one really had a fully stocked kitchen which was awesome since we like cooking some meals while on vacation. I would highly recommend this place!!

Awesome place to stay!
We rented this condo over the Thanksgiving holiday. We rent vacation homes a couple times a year and this was one of the best we have ever rented. The condo is very well equipped. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner and the kitchen had everything we needed. The condo is very spacious with lots of seating and cute décor. The beds in rental properties are often very cheap and uncomfortable. The bed in this condo are fantastic. I think the king bed was more comfortable than mine at home and my kids said the same thing. The location and view are wonderful. My daughter also loved the indoor pool. We are already talking about going to the island next Thanksgiving and I would rent this property again in a heartbeat!

We loved our stay!
We stayed during Rodeo Weekend and the property was perfect! We had a great stay. The condo was perfect and we loved the pools! I would totally recommend this unit to anyone!

Just right for us
I was really impressed with the property. I wasn't sure if I would like being on the first floor but it was just so nice not having to wait for the elevator! The bed in the master bedroom was comfortable. The pools are just as nice as they look in the pictures. The beach is not crowded at all. It's a really nice place to relax

Beautiful condo with a fantastic host!
Derek was nothing but wonderful. I had several questions and he was always quick to answer. We even had a scheduling mishap where we thought we were checking out Saturday but we had mistakenly booked leaving on a Friday. He was gracious and kind and gave us extra time to pack up! The property was just as described if not better. Gorgeous ocean views and very convenient being on the first floor. Everything was clean and in good condition. We would definitely consider staying here again if we visit Dauphin Island! Again, thank you Derek for your kind heart and great attitude! We need more hosts like you!

Perfect!!
It was a beautiful place. Very peaceful & Well kept. Only a few min walk to the beach. We didn't have the best weather (in mid April) but we did get a cpl days for a cpl hours at the beach and the kids still got to enjoy the inside pool. We also spent the rainy day at the aquarium there on the island. We arrived late (after 6) on the first day and everything (food wise) was closed so we had to drive back to the mainland (I know, we should have ate first) but we were excited to get there. Lol. Great communication with the owner. We all deff had a great time! Highly recommend!

Ideal location
This condo was in an ideal location on the island. Just steps away from the beach and included an indoor and outdoor pool. Within walking distance of restaurants, shops or an ice cream after dinner. The condo itself provided everything you could need for the beach or just relaxing on the porch overlooking the gulf. My sisters and I enjoyed cooking our meals after our day of sight seeing or just relaxing by the pool. It was conveniently located for day trips to mobile for golfing and areas of interest. We also took advantage of the ferry for a trip to tour fort Morgan. This condo had everything we were looking for in a vacation. Thanks

Visiting our college kid
Our middle daughter goes to the University of South Alabama and we decided to stay on Dauphin Island instead of our normal Gulf Shores. Wanted to take a look at the island and this particular property as we are considering getting a place on the beach for ourselves. Fantastic location and to our surprise we think the island life style would be fine. The property was exactly as described and the only “complaint “ we had was no hair dryer! We would definitely stay here again.

The condo was very nicely furnished. Beautiful view out front of the gulf. Convenient to everything on the island. The check in Instructions were very clear. It was an enjoyable stay. I have no interaction with the property manager. I don’t know why this review makes me choose.

This condo is beautiful and spacious. The location is great. We enjoyed walking to get ice cream and souvenirs. The beach was great and we enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools. We would definitely go there again.

I loved our condo so much! We had plenty of everything here! There were so many towels, linens, and beach items. The only thing that was missing was a pizza cutter and baking sheet but we made do without. The kitchen and living space was amazing. The beach was close enough for me however wasn't as practice for all guest. Was a little longer then we expect since (took about 10 mins to walk total). Communication was quick with owner upon check in when I had a question about parking passes that are no longer needed. Would stay here again for sure! Also so many amenities included that I did not know of such as ping pong and tennis that is being redone currently!

Family vacation

Very nice condo. Loved the decor. If you have very small children, be ready to put up several breakable decorative items. Watch your head if you stand up in the front bedroom on the wall side in the dark. The view could be better as there are several trees blocking most of the view from this condo, however, if you prefer a more private balcony, this condo is perfect for that. Never found out for sure what the partial power outage was from at 9:30 p.m. so if you’re dependent on a cpap machine be prepared. I will say the owner was very nice when I called to report the issue. Read the contract once more before packing so you’ll remember your hair dryer!

REFRESHING LITTLE GETAWAY
it was so nice to get away from hustle and bustle. Loved the lighthouse bakery!! Small little island with just enough to keep you busy for a short stay or to relax for longer. You are not surrounded by tons of people like you would be in gulf shores.
