The beds, linens, and towels were very comfortable and there were enough plates and bowls and cups for all of us, even some smaller plastic cups for the kids. However, the spoons were large and seemed of poor quality, one of them cut my mouth while I was eating ice cream. There was also no ice tray, which was strange, but the fridge had a few condiments and even creamer. There was an open bag of ice, but it's always hard to tell how long things have been sitting since the last occupants so we didn't use any.
We stayed with our 2.5 yo and our 5 yo, the 5 year old accidentally dropped and broke one of the mugs, which I used for ice cream and later, there appeared to be damage to the curtains, which we did not realized we caused, or even which room the curtains were in, but we were charged an extra $25 for those two items.
The keyless entry was nice, but we struggled to figure how how to use it to lock the door from the inside, but since there were three locks (chain, small bolt and handle) on the front and back doors, it wasn't an issue.
The backyard was large, but contained a swing set that was broken as well as a swing seat that had no cushion, having those two removed would improve the property considerably.
The washer and dryer seemed new and worked well and there was even some detergent and dryer sheets, but they are stored in one of the bedrooms. we just did our laundry during the day so it wasn't an issue.
It seems like Dallas is known for large bugs and we did see a few during our stay, but it seems like some sort of bug repellant had been used because most of them were dead (or maybe only playing dead? Hard to tell!).
It's close enough to walk to a nearby park with a nice spray park. We had no trouble with the TV and internet. The bathtub could use a proper stopper, but we wedged one of the smaller towels as a stopper and it worked well enough for our stay.
Overall it was a comfortable enough stay.
