Breakfast was delicious. Beds were comfortable. The hotel was clean and was in a great location. Only thing was there was not good water pressure in shower and sink but that was tolerable. Everything else was great. Been a heated pool.

Hampton Inn fail.
Omar was very friendly and eager to assist. It took 30 minutes to check in as he was the only one helping people. Another staff member was also at the desk, but didn’t help. New TV in the room. We had sound but no audio last night. Omar was able to fix it then. This morning, the TV continued to turn off when “Live TV” was selected. The hand-held shower faucet also didn’t work. It just trickled.

The bedroom desk chair height adjustment was broken and the front desk did not offer to exchange it when I informed them of the issue. The decor was awful, and the water limiter on the bathroom sink was inconvenient & there was not enough toilet paper in the room. Also the people in the room above mine were extremely noisy the whole night; depriving me of any chance for a quiet restful sleep the entire night. If I was a diamond member, I would expect a full refund!

The walls were incredibly thin. There was someone snoring next door to us ALL NIGHT LONG and we could hear it for hours. Slept terrible. There were also dog barking early for a long time. The hotel needs to work on sound proofing. We won’t stay here again for that reason.

Sewage smell in bathroom
The bathroom and hallway smelled like sewage and the door on the bathroom would jam up and couldn’t be opened unless someone outside the room opened it. I spoke to the front desk and they told me that is the way the door works. I also asked for someone to come check on the smell from the bathroom, but no one ever did. For these reasons I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Housekeeping and Engineering both when up to the room along with our General Manager. We were told by two male occupants that the room was fine and there was no smell. While guest comfort and experience is our upmost priority, we apologize our facility did not meet your needs. Ridiculous request.
When we got into our room it was like an ice box. The thermostat was blank and non responsive to button presses so we went back down to have the room changed. The front desk lady first told me that the thermostat was motion sensitive, but I told her I had been in front of it pressing buttons to no avail. She then grabs two batteries and offers them to be telling me how to change the batteries! In my hotel room! I was flabbergasted but repeated that I wanted a new room, not to do maintenance for the hotel! We got a new room and everything was fine but I couldn't believe that she thought it was perfectly okay to ask a paying guest to do maintenance for them!
