We checked every room and had pest control come out and there was no bugs to be found. Pest control also comes out once a month and we have never had an issue. We are in the process of updating and remodeling and have come a long way in the 6 months we have ran the motel. Again we appreciate your feedback! I am very sorry a room temperature of 66 was not cool enough for you. We check the AC several times during your stay and it was blowing cold and maintained a temp of around 66. As discussed with you the AC'S were serviced and the filters were cleaned 2 days before your arrival and were in prime working condition. We also do not now or have ever offered breakfast, we do have fresh coffee in the office between 9am-noon.

Thank you for your feedback. The building was built in 1949 so to some the bathrooms maybe a little smaller, the rooms themselves however are quite spacious. We recently took over the property and are slowly updating the furnishings in most of the rooms. As far as the area is concerned we are located in the middle of the city, but the area its self is not a bad one. We took over in Jan and have not had any problems with anyone in the area.

Good Morning Mr.Oliver I am so sorry for any confusion you may have had with your booking. You booked a room at 12:30 am for a previous nights stay. As clearly stated on expedia and all of our other booking options same day bookings must check in prior to 8pm or have pre approval from management. We understand when traveling sometimes you just need to stop and get a room but due to being a small family ran motel we are unable to physically work 24/7 which is why we have office and checkin hours clearly posted online and on our door. We hope you were able to find accommodations and would love to see you in the future.

The motel is older was built in 1949 so vent fans were not installed in the property however there is a window that can be opened in each bathroom.Accent furniture and carpets are on our list of things to upgraded however all standard rooms do have a Queen size and a full size bed.
