Welcome to our apartment, perfect for groups of up to 8 people. We provide all the basic amenities including towels, sheets, soap, toilet paper, and pillows.

Stay cool with our split-ventilation air conditioning system and enjoy a clean space with our cleaning products. Cook up a storm with our basic kitchen items such as pots, pans, oil, salt, and pepper. Work comfortably in our shared workspace, and enjoy a meal with our dishware and utensils.

We also offer a hairdryer, dryer, heating, and a jacuzzi for your convenience.

What is Coamo Puerto Rico known for?

Coamo is famous for its thermal springs, the Coamo Thermal Baths. Long before the Europeans arrived, Indians bathed in a thermal spring at Coamo; according to one legend, this was the fountain of youth the Indians described to Ponce de León. Today, a parador -Los Baños de Coamo- surrounds the famous spring.


Just bring your wants to have a very good time. Because we are on a tropical island, you can have some days of rains and pest could be possible. Pets on premises. Possibility of power failure is very low, power generator are available. We are not responsible for objects left at the house.

#2 If the property is in a very poor condition of cleanliness after your departure, beyond what a courteous guest leaves it.
Eg Leaving pots and pans in the kitchen, excessive garbage in the bins, stains on the floor, dirty walls, these are examples of bad conditions.
We will make an additional charge of $180 usd

3.-Local people must communicate before booking.
4.- Visitors are not allowed at night that are not on your reservation.
If it is not mentioned that you will be in the reservation, the fee that is marked in the application at that time as an additional guest will be charged.

5.- Young people, babies, toddlers and children are more than welcome, but each one must be specified in your reservation.
6.- There cannot be more than 12 people inside or on the property at any given time
7.- Guests will respect and follow all community rules listed inside the house or on the property.
8.- You agree to know and accept the following rates:
a) smoking: $200 USD for each day you are in the apartment smoking.
b) late checkout: $20 USD if your checkout is not authorized for late checkout.
c) loss of keys: $130 USD in replacement of keys and locks from lost keys

9.- A violation of the house rules may lead to the immediate expulsion of all guests without refund.

10.- You agree to book in good will and will not attempt to damage the property because you are dissatisfied with a decision by Airbnb or the host in the event of a violation of the host's rules.

11.- If the breach of the house rules leads to having to deduct or reimburse the next guest, you are responsible for covering the resulting costs.

#12.- We do not accept pets. If a pet is found on the property, a fee of $100 USD will be charged.

#13.- Any violation of the rules by the guest may result in their eviction from the property.
