Wonderful accommodation!
This property was a great fit for our family. It was quiet and the location was close to everything we wanted to do. The host provided very helpful information on area offerings. The kitchen was very well equipped and we really enjoyed our stay.

Small group get away
Room to spread out for a group of 3 to 4 with a super well equipped kitchen, comfy living room and deck gathering areas. Close walking to kayaking, grocery/liquor store, bakery and restaurants. Short driving distance to antiquing in Cloverdale or beach exploring at Pacific City or Tierra Del Mar. Drive a bit further to Netarts, Oceanside or Cape Meares for a change of pace. Nice view of river from dining area. Great centralized location with modern, clean accommodations. Host is prompt with communications and helpful suggestions.

Awesome!!!
Came into town to try out the famous Dory fishing and WOW! This town is a well kept secret. We loved staying at the Treehouse because it was easily walkable to downtown and could accommodate the 4 adults' without at problem. All around A+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Experience.

Family stay for the 4th of July.

Wonderful!
We had a wonderful stay. They have everything you need for a stay. Beds were very comfortable, very spacious house, clean and the house is very cute. Very close to the beach (3min drive or 10 min walk) and close to shops. It was great! 😊

Memorial Day Getaway
The Treehouse Townhouse was exactly what we needed. The kitchen was well stocked and very easy to cook in - and the grocery story is right next door! Beds and rooms all very clean and comfortable, bathrooms too. We had a great time and really enjoyed our stay. The host was wonderful and communicative- Will definitely stay again.

Great location, well-stocked house
We had a great stay and loved taking the trolley to the beach. The few issues we had (broken plunger, smoke detector going off) were not the owner's fault and we had no problems with loud delivery trucks or anything. We'd recommend staying.

Great 3 bedroom unit in Pacific City
We liked the condo a lot. Awesome lay out, big kitchen, nice deck with tree view. Convenient to Chester's grocery store and the paddle launch on the Nestucca River. Great communication with owners.

A great beach stay
This property was clean, super comfortable beds, a kitchen with everything, games, and a boat/kayak launch across the street. We’ve stayed in PC many times and I wish it were closer to the beach but knew where it was when I made reservations. The price point per night was great!

Very comfortable townhome
Wonderful host with detailed info about the house, the town and things to do. Lots of room to spread out for games or food or whatever. Plenty of dishes and towels and such. Quirky decor may not work for everyone. One in our group did not care for the taxidermy. We had a fun visit, hiked at nearby natural areas, and walked to store and restaurants. The early bird deliveries to grocery store woke folks up before they wanted. So the location has ups and downs, the taxidermy might be a bit much for some, the house is well equipped and the info from the host is more than you would ever expect.

Hi Elaine, there is a warning in the home’s description on VRBO regarding the taxidermy. I’m sorry you didn’t see that.

Ann was a great communicator and accommodating. The townhouse was big with ample room for all. It comfy, clean and well stocked. The kitchen was one of the best equipped we’ve rented. We had a great time in Pacific City!

Nice inside
Property was well maintained inside. We did not have a pet, so there is a dog odor but was clean and good if you had a pet. Location not very attractive behind a grocery store and outside very rundown. Drive to beach, not walkable. You can see the river which is nice. Overall we had a nice stay but wouldn’t rent again unless I had a pet. No fault of owners, restaurants were very hard to get into due to staff issues. Disappointed in Pacific City. Beach lovely just limited services.

Wonderful spot for our family get away
Clean, well-kept home. Very spacious inside with room for kids to play. Had all of the kitchen supplies one might need. The beach was not within walking distance for us but the owner gave great information to help us navigate and find our way!

Lovely home in the trees
The house was cozy and comfortable. Plenty of pillow choices, which is rare. The kitchen was stocked well for easy cooking. It was great having the grocery store so close.

Spotless townhouse excellent for family stay with pup!!
We had a lovely visit to Pacific City and this townhouse was a perfect home base! Great main floor for hanging out and cooking/eating. The master bedroom had the loveliest cool breeze with birdsong in the trees all day. One nice aspect is being right by the local grocery (although some truck delivery noise happened early in the morning). Helen was super responsive and helpful during our stay! Thanks so much❤️

Attractive, comfortable, clean, relaxing condo.
Very nice condo. Very clean and up-to-date. Delightful, eclectic decoration. Uncluttered and very relaxing. Beds are very comfortable. Only negative is that the view is not as good as I expected: The unit faces the back of a grocery store on one side (so you don't really have a view of the river), and the other side backs up to a thicket of spindly trees in a swampy area.

Amazing experience!
We had the most incredible time at this location. The listing definitely exceeded our expectations. The house is in a great location; has everything you would need and is easy/excellent access to the beach. The neighbors were super friendly and very helpful. We had the best communication with the owner. We rent several properties through out the year (in several different destinations) and this by far was the best experience we have had. We spent a lot of time at the beach. We got to fly our kites, soak in the sun, and ended our weekend with a bon fire on the beach. The locals were very friendly. We can not come up with anything that needed improvement, I would recommend this property to anyone. Thank you for an amazing experience!

Super Lovely Beach Home!
This Pacific City Beach House is lovely! As soon as you walk in it feels like home - it is beautifully decorated and has comfy beds and furniture AND it is fully stocked with every single thing you think you might possible need. The location is great - near the hubbub of the beach town, but 3 minutes away from it all so it is super quiet. I will stay here again and I highly recommend it as a great beach vacation home.

Good vacation
Are vacation to pacific city was a fun time. We had lot of fun on the beach. Went fishing and crabbing also did a whale watching trip. This home was good we did have a few issues when arriving but the owner was very quick on getting these issues resolved,

Great house
Very nice & well-equipped home! We appreciated the bathrooms on each end of the upstairs — one for each of our families. It was also nice to have the half-bath downstairs to save some extra trips up & down the stairs! The house is beautiful & had everything we needed. Owner was very friendly & helpful.

Newly retired getaway
Just as described: well-stocked kitchen, clean, comfy, roomy, close to dining and food store. Noise from market occasionally a distraction. Very responsive owner who answered all of our questions and made helpful dining referrals. Pacific City is nice alternative to more widely marketed coastal towns.

Five Stars on All Counts
It feels very strange to rate anything as top of the line. across the board, but this property deserves it. I stayed here back in August. This time, I brought my two adult "kids", two grandchildren and a puppy. We aren't able to pull everyone together for multiple days at a time very often, so this occasion was one where I was telling myself for the past two months, "This better work. Flawlessly." And it did, right own to the beautiful fall weather. Everything in the townhouse worked as it was supposed to. The tastefully appointed rooms surrounded us with comfort. The way the kitchen was equipped, we could have filmed a video or two on gourmet cooking. And I can't overemphasize how handy it is to have a Thriftway store just down the hill. This is definitely THE place to stay. Thank you, Ann.

Five Stars. No Doubt About It.
Beginning to end, this place was impressive. EVERYTHING was well put-together, clean, polished, in working order and unquestionably meant to make anyone who stayed here feel welcome. Thoughtful touches were everywhere--amenities in the bathrooms, dishes, cookware and utensils in the kitchen; games, towels and clean-up items in the closets and lights--lots of lights along with artwork--in just the right places. The beds were comfortable, and the sunlight through the windows made the bedrooms look and feel like something out of a magazine. We gave our 12-year old the master bedroom and she went bananas: TWO sinks! A walk-in closet! A huge bed with moveable steps for pets with short legs. The location was great, right behind Chester's Thriftway, a block away from a bakery, a short walk to an interesting thrift store, a view of the river and a couple of restaurants nearby. Except for the early-morning trash truck and one or two delivery vans servicing the market, the neighborhood was quiet with just enough activity to put visitors in mind of what Pacific City used to be just ten or so years ago. The only downside of our stay was having to leave. It's nice to know we could relive the experience by just hopping online and driving west for about an hour. The reservation process was smooth and free of glitches. Communication with vrbo and the owner was straightforward and prompt. The "where to eat", "what to visit", "where to shop" and check-in and check-out instructions were clear, concise and much appreciated. Enjoy your stay. We certainly did....

Lovely property
We had such a great experience staying here. It was a quick drive to the beach, and we walked this morning to Grateful Bread to eat a yummy breakfast! Ann was wonderful to correspond with and was incredibly helpful. We loved the art, spacious kitchen and the nice balcony to relax out on. Definitely will keep this place in mind next time we are looking to go to Pacific City!
