The room was gross. Sheets dirty and torn. Shower, floor, vanity, night stand and dresser extremely filthy and a lamp bulb was out which made the room dark because it was in a main point of the room.

When we got there the staff were okay. When we went in the room it was dirty, it looked like they didn’t sweat, there was no microwave, nor pool, it was review that it was clean and a nice spot to stay and a pool. The first night there was people staying in there van next to our car and they were arguing the whole night. And then the past nights we stayed there as well.

There was dog hair cat hair and other people's hair all over my room. The area where the t v is had ketchup stains on the counter that I had to clean off myself. The shower was dirty. The toilet had dirt on the seat. The sink was broken. I had to clean white stuff off the counter in the bathroom. The sheets looked like someone had slept in them before I did. the cops were there looking for somebody when I checked in. The window in my room would not fully shut. Overall this was the nastiest and worst motel six i've ever seen. I've stayed at Motel 6 properties from here all the way to Washington DC. And this one was by far the most unsanitary motel6 I've ever seen.

There were people loitering everywhere when I went to get my room assignment since it wasn’t ready when I went to check in. There were 6 cop cars in the driveway and I didn’t feel safe staying there. The front desk was empty for 20 minutes and then when the lady finally came back I said I didn’t feel safe and wanted a refund she said nope it’s after 6pm and that’s when your stay starts, no refund. I never signed anything or received a key. Don’t waste your money here.

We used this motel while at Winternationals, Pomona Rceway as it was a short drive away. It was just somewhere to sleep and shower. The motel was what we expected basic and clean. Having laundry facilities was also a bonus for us. There are shops and restaurants next to it. Highly recommend the Chinese, you can eat in or takeaway and portions are huge and very reasonably priced.

They charged us an extra $200 saying we needed to call and let them know we’d be there 24 hours in advance. I reserved the room over two months ago so why would I need to call and make sure they would know I’m still coming.. not to mention the popcorn in the bed, hair on the floor, vomit on the floor, a dirty condom in the bathtub. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told “she won’t be here until Monday but she won’t do anything for you either” when we asked for a new room she told one of the cleaning ladies to go and check if our room was actually dirty because she thought we were lying. Terrible experience. Will never stay at this location again.

I liked that it is pet friendly(have 2 cats) Bad parts were no frig in room, electric outlets were few and not working(bathroom sink) cracked shower head. Reported issues,but nothing done.

The room was filthy. The toilet was stained and there was hair all over the toilet . There was no toilet paper. And we never got our room serviced or cleaned the entire weekend we were there. I had reserved the whole weekend , had I have known how filthy this place was I would of never booked. After we complained all they did was transfer us to a different room which was also dirty. Expedia couldn’t help us cause the hotel didn’t do transfers . I didn’t even want my money back. All I wanted was a transfer to a different city or the room to be cleaned. But none of that was an option apparently. A refund was an option but it would take 7 to 10 business to receive/ and I don’t have the money to spend on a different hotel nor wait for a refund. So I had no choice but to stay there. Never again . I hope this saves someone the headache

There was a homeless person living in my room. Had to wait until they could book me another room. Originally booked a single Queen but because of the situation they booked me a room with double beds. Very uncomfortable and shady stay

The wall were rotten, the curtains had old food stuck on them, the towels were so old and scratchy the floors were dirty and the room smelled like mildew! The mattress felt like cardboard the AC didn’t work and there were shady people in upstairs room in and out all night. Not to mention that I had to get a “disabled room because no other room were available even though I booked I booked days before and confirmed a regular room. To top it off there was a man who had a barking German shepherd in his room. Will NEVER stay there again.

The place has seen better days. No hot water for the first night and the ice machine quit working. Fair share of homeless individuals walking around and through the parking area and on the outside hallways at all hours of the day.

The structure is not too old.. perhaps 20yrs or so, but it is obvious that noone has "deep cleaned" the rooms for about that long. Lacking anyplace to put your bags and if that's not enough, the t.vs are bolted down..which ought to let you know the kinda crowd it draws If Hope you don't mind putting on your shoes when walking around the room
