Atendimento espetacular
Excelente hotel, muito bem localizado a alguns minutos da old town e próximo do mercado noturno. Por perto há um 7 eleven e várias lojinhas. Os funcionários do hotel foram muito simpáticos e solícitos, nos atenderam super bem. Nota 10. Por sermos Gold nos deram um upgrade e nos colocaram em quartos conjugados espetaculares, com sala no meio e banheira. A única reclamação que eu pontuaria seria no quesito de early check-in, que solicitamos ao hotel e tínhamos direito pelo status, mas que quando chegamos ao hotel por volta do meio dia o quarto ainda não estava disponível.

Ótima localização e estrutura, mas o quarto ...
O hotel é muito bem localizado, belíssimo, com ótimo atendimento. O problema foi o quarto que tinha um cheiro insuportável de mofo. Ao entrar no quarto senti logo o cheiro forte. Solicitei outro e a atendente providenciou a mudança. Nesse segundo quarto passaram um um produto para disfarçar o mofo igualmente forte. Ela, ainda, conseguiu um purificador de ar. Nada disso foi suficiente para resolver o problema. Tivemos uma noite horrível. Sugiro que providenciem a retirada de tapetes de alguns quartos, ou ainda, a mudança da instalação dos exaustores do banheiro. Eles só ligavam quando se acionava a luz do espelho, e não a luz do banheiro como normalmente é. O café da manhã é excepcional com muita variedade, capaz de agradar aos paladares ocidental e oriental. A internet possui velocidade razoável com bom sinal. Merece destaque a localização do hotel. Fica ao lado do mercado noturno.

Excelente custo x benefício
Ótimo hotel, excelente serviço. Staff amigável e prestativo. Bom restaurante. Quarto confortável, todo dia deixavam uma lembrancinha e água. Café da manhã muito bom e variado. No check out (avisado com antecedência), às 04:30h da manhã, nos ajudaram com o táxi e com um "breakfast box", com sanduíche, salgado, doce e suco, uma gentileza! Contratamos passeios com a agência que fica no lobby do hotel, e deu tudo certo também.

Very conveniently located. Staff was very polite and helpful. Breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide variety of options. We had an early flight and they were more than happy to serve us 15 minutes before opening time.

The location of this hotel is prime. Its very walkable to tons of shopping and night market. However, the rooms had that dirty musk carpet smell. Even in the hallways it smelled like that. The hotel definitely needs a remodel. Ive stayed at other dusit hotels before, I think this definitely is my least favorite. The bed was very uncomfortable and had to ask for extra pillows because they were so flat. Its a good for 2 nights stay at max. However, the staff as always makes the stay better.

Not sure how this property has such high reviews. It’s very old and run down. The rooms also smell mouldy. The best thing is the location. I had high expectations because of the high reviews but was let down.
