Excellent Place
Pretty hotel, renewed, very confortable and with a staff attentive. The breakfast is very complete with international options. The spa is also great.

Excelente para quem quer ficar perto do aeroporto
O edifício do hotel é bem antigo, mas os quartos são amplos e o serviço atencioso. Solicitamos traslados de e para aeroporto que funcionou muito bem. O restaurante foi ótimo, não encontrei nada que eu quisesse comer e o chef veio até minha mesa entender o que eu queria e fez algo completamente diferente, e superou minhas expectativas. A maior dificuldade foi no check out, pois a maquina de cartão de crédito não funcionava e demoramos bastante para conseguir efetuar o pagamento.

Didn’t like the room size - was considerably too tight for two person stay. The room total rate of $170 per night wasn’t worth. What I liked - smart rooms with technology, immersive shower experience, dining hall was clean and well arranged.

This was the best check in process ever. They picked me up from airport with a nice private car. The driver had my hotel key ready so I could go straight to my room. Staff escorted me to the room to show all features. The room was very high-tech. Very nice breakfast.

Good for airport stop-over, free shuttle
This hotel has been totally renovated since my last stay many years ago. While the finish is stunning, it is almost over-engineered and was a challenge to try and turn off all the room and bathroom lights (there is even a blue light in the toilet bowl that stays on all night and you can see from bedroom!!). Very frustrating. Had to try and cover some lights so I could sleep, such as under wardrobe area. You have to use a keypad to close and open curtains etc. Overly complicated design and wasteful. Need to give better instructions on the systems. Room temperature would not stay at my chosen temperature. Bed was comfortable but the pillows were like rubber and the bed linen felt cheaper than usual Radisson standard. Pool is very small and hard to have a proper swim. Photo is misleading. The old pool was much better and bigger, even though the seating area around the new pool is nice. Steam room area is very small. But very impressive gym. Due to early flight, didn't have opportunity to eat here, but restaurant looked very nice. Airport shuttle is great and less than 10 mins to the airport. I don't like the current trend having the bathroom with a see-through wall into the bedroom. I couldn't see any curtain to block this. Most of the staff were very nice, like the pool attendant, but young guy who checked me in had a bad attitude that I have never seen in an Indian hotel, and I have visited over 30 times, for work and pleasure. It was like he was looking down on me.

It was peaceful and relaxing stay. The salt water pool was awesome. They arranged a complementary cab to take us to the airport. Next time, I’ll stay there for at least a week.

Staff very friendly and hotel facilities 1st class. I did find the lighting and curtains system in the room very frustrating. Lights would time out when in the bathroom. And curtains would randomly close. Aldo the loud music in the gym was a bit much. Otherwise I really enjoyed my stay. I’ll be back thanks.

Bad lighting design, but everything else was great
You were trying to make the lights in the room fancy, but the design had a major flaw, where in the automatic lights in the bathroom would disrupt anyone else who wanted to sleep. Kind of disappointing that the user experience was not kept in mind when designing the "fancy" lights.
