Wonderful stay
My family and i enjoyed our stay very much. The host Jennifer was easy to get in contact with. My daughter and I totally loved the decor in the home. We also, enjoyed sitting on the deck drinking tea and enjoying the beautiful view.

Quite and Comfy
This house is charming. We found the process of rental and check in easy. It is close to everything. The neighborhood felt very safe. The house was clean and appeared well cared for. I would recommend this home.

Family reunion
An artful surprise! Some of her unique pieces and their placement inspired me to rearrange my own pieces. The home was comfortably furnished and the porches invited us to lounge around for that second cup of coffee…a treat for us.

Wonderful home in great neighborhood
The house is very charming and well kept. The back deck is surrounded by trees and makes you feel like you're in a tree house. We loved hearing all the birds and catching all the breezes. The neighborhood feels like you're away from all the hustle and bustle, but with I-24 just a hop away, it's a pretty short trip to just about anything you want to see. Would definitely stay here again, hopefully for a longer visit!

Charm galore!
Jennifer's property was vintage, charming, and so comfortable! My husband and friends all slept wonderful in the cozy beds, much better than most hotels we've stayed in! Entire experience was seamless and easy, thank you, Jennifer for the wonderful weekend!!

Cozy and convenient but needs a deep cleaning
The place was very conveniently located and decorated beautifully even for the Halloween season. We enjoyed the deck and screened in porch. The owner communicated well until I let her know that my husband and I were having a hard time getting on to the Wi-Fi. I have to be honest and say that the place really needs a deep clean and it wasn’t a great impression when we first walked in and found three dead cockroaches. I understand it’s the south but not a great feeling. It was also unappetizing that there was water left in the Keurig and a used pod. There was no aerator on the kitchen sink so water splashed all over the place. The last issue was that I spent over an hour vacuuming spider webs and cob webs. We’re all about leaving a place better than we found it but that was a bit much. After that we felt better about relaxing and not have something crawl on us.

Beautiful spacious home conveniently located.
Conveniently located near interstate for quick travel to all tourist spots and restaurants. Great home with plenty of room for 4 adults. Nice deck for grilling and entertaining. Neighborhood felt safe. Perfect place to relax.

Perfect for our needs. Comfortable, well-stocked, and the deck feels like is a mini-vacation with its overlook onto a thick green wall of trees Quiet and friendly neighborhood (several neighbors introduced themselves and befriended us during our two week stay). Host was delightful and responsive.

We loved this home and neighborhood! The description given was very accurate.
Fantastic place for us to celebrate Christmas with family and friends. Loved the Christmas decorations. Very convenient to downtown Chattanooga, hiking, Signal and Lookout Mountains, and other activities. Just a very comfortable home to hang out and enjoy friends and family. And of course Rose the cat was great!

Just the most comfortable and beautifully decorated home I've had the pleasure to stay in!
Rose, is the most precious calico cat that we have ever met..she welcomed us and made us FEEL like family! Thank you Jennifer for your lovely home you have shared with us. Oh, and meeting up with friends and heading into town for some food and fun was the icing on the cake!

Super cozy home with sweetest cat!
House was perfect and so cozy! Rose is so sweet and friendly! Great location to get to everywhere we wanted/needed to go, quickly and easily. More than enough space for 2 couples, great outdoor space that we would have loved to utilize if it hadn’t been so cold. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect Location and short drive to Riverfront
Adorable place. Super tidy and clean and fantastically decorated. Had everything I needed. Best part is the "house mom", Rosie. She makes you feel right at home and welcome with her purrs and cuddles. :-)

Puurfect home!
This is truly the perfect VRBO home! Very centrally located to see all the great things in Chattanooga. Very quite neighborhood. The home is so nicely appointed. Clean & cozy! Lots of art! The home is so comfortable! The kitchen is perfect! The deck is big and has a great relaxing veiw. The screened in porch is perfect! Great place to start & end the day! Dining room is awesome as is the living room! Bedrooms are comfortable and truly perfect! The mattress in the upstairs bedroom is the best! But of all of this puurfect home, the icing on the cake is Rose!! Rose is the resident kitty! She is so sweet & friendly! She’s inside in the evening & outside for the day. She loves tuna, so bring a can! She’ll visit with you and make sure you’re happy! If you are a cat person, this is the place!! Jennifer, the owner is so nice! Great communication hen you have a question. The driveway is a bit steep, but if I got the suv up & down, anyone can!! Truly 5 stars! I highly recommend it! A puurfect home!! Have fun!!

Wonderful experience!

Nice convenient house in Chattanooga
Our family stayed in this house for a weekend in Chattanooga and had a very nice time. We particularly enjoyed sitting out on the deck and cooking on the gas grill. Rose the cat of course was good company. The house is comfortable with a well equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms, and cozy living room. We are two adults and two older teenagers and we had plenty of space.

Lovely home great location
This was a beautiful home. It was immaculate. The decor was wonderful and very comfortable beds and couch. The neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet. Loved the open deck and screen porch. Rose the cat was so sweet hated to leave her she gave us much joy. Very close to all areas we visited Rock City, Ruby Falls, Aquarium, Lookout Mtn. Neat going through tunnel to get places. I would stay here again it was superb.

Just What We Were Looking For!
This was the perfect landing spot for our family of 4 for a long-weekend vacation in Chattanooga. Jen was very responsive with all needs and any questions, her house is lovely and well situated, and our teens loved having Rose the cat around so they didn't miss our cats so much (actually, Rose is much better behaved than ours :). We were able to get to the Aquarium, Ruby Falls, Rock City, and the Chattanooga Markets with no trouble, even with traffic a few times, nothing is farther away than about 15 minutes. And I really liked having more than a hotel room because we could make cookies, watch a movie, sit on the back porch, or read in the study. We all had a great vacation time there. Would certainly recommend!

Beautiful house, rude owner
The house is lovely with lots of character on a quiet street. Not really that close to Chattanooga attractions but still nice. Our issues were at checkout. The service I booked with listed a 10:00 am check out time. At 9:00 am I started getting nasty texts from the owner about how we needed to get out of her house in the next 15 minutes. It was a wild scramble to get out. The house cleaner showed up well before the check out time and sat in the yard waiting for us to leave. To make matters worse she got her car stuck in the yard and we ended up having to pull her car out of the mud. We left aggravated, wet and dirty- on my birthday no less. I brought the error to the owners attention and never even received an apology.

Perfect getaway for the Girls
Property was beautiful! Jennifer's home has the perfect mix of art-deco combined with beautiful antiques. Rose was a sweet addition to the home. With our stay being in mid April, the yard and surrounding neighborhood was extremely colorful with floral beauty. We had everything we needed for our stay: my elderly mom, my sister, my sister-in-law and myself. A comfortable home with everything. Jennifer was very sweet and responded to any questions within a very short time. I would have expected to pay a lot more than what we paid had I visited the home first. Chattanooga was a great place to vacation for a few days. We hope to be able to return and we hope to be able to rent this home again when we do. Loved it!

relaxing and felt like home
We brought two small children (6 and 3y) to stay for the weekend. This was the perfect choice for us. Plenty of space, a kitchen to cook breakfast and close to everything. Would recommend or stay again ourselves. Great experience.

Great Place To Spend Christmas!
Our 1st visit to Chattanooga to visit our son who moved there in August. We felt like we were home for the holidays. The kitchen was great since we have lots of traditions around food! Thanks Jennifer for opening up your home to us over Christmas!

Beauty in the Details...
The pictures of this home promise a beautiful abode...on presentation, I was stunned by the fact that it's even more beautiful and welcoming, in person. Driving up, I noticed the lights sparkling in the windows, welcoming a road weary traveler. When you open the door, you're hit by that indescribable "old home" scent that promises a warm history. Your eyes take a moment to adjust to the vision of modern amenities...the remote controlled gas fireplace, the big screen tv...the Viking gas range..the lights strung across the deck. Ahhhh...I just wanted to investigate every little detail..the Meyers hand cleanser that I had previously discovered as a top of the line cleanser...the 1 inch nativity characters crafted possibly by a local artisan...the live plants scattered throughout the home...and the resident kitty! You definitely won't be disappointed by the high quality washer and dryer in the laundry room just off of the master bedroom...the "chandeliers" over the dining room table and the upstairs hallway...the view overlooking the distant lights of downtown. Jennifer put thought into the furniture choices; the master bed enfolded you in a cozy nest ...the chair and loveseat in the computer room are designed ergonomically to maximize comfort (all it needs is a reading light over the seat and I could spend hours there with one of the varied books scattered in the home). There were plenty of tools, utensils, cookware, glassware in the spacious kitchen; there were several bottles of wine in the wine caddy that I didn't touch, thinking they were probably NOT for my enjoyment but a pretty touch, nonetheless. I even put Jennifer to the test, inadvertently, when I dashed out the door for a conference and locked myself out. She was very gracious when she called-to-the-rescue, saving me from further embarassment. I'm already looking at my calendar to see when I can rebook for a non-business stay! THANK YOU, Jennifer, for preparing a rental that feels as if I'm staying in the home of a friend!

Great views and convienent
My husband, mother and I were sightseeing for a few days. This home was perfect to get places and has beautiful views of the city. I can not say enough about our hostess, Rose. She was friendly and playful with us. As a cat person it helped with how much I miss mine when I travel.

Great house, great location!
My husband and I came to Chattanooga for a wedding. Jennifer’s house was perfect! Like she described, it was within 8-10 min of most everything we wanted to do. The Perfect House
I absolutely loved this house! Jennifer was very helpful and always a text away with any questions we had. Rose (the cat) was so sweet and loving... made us feel like we were right at home! Beautiful furnishings, very comfortable beds and we loved the patio area. Nice neighborhood and close to everything! Definitely the best VRBO rental I've stayed in thus far! Looking forward to staying with Jennifer again sometime in the future!

Charming and hospitable
Well, our trip to Chattanooga didn't turn out quite like we expected it to. One of my kiddos wasn't feeling well, so we spent a day just hanging out in Jen's charming house. The kids were happy with the giant TV and comfy living room furniture, or sitting in the sun porch to pet Rose. My husband and I sat in the office to catch up on Game of Thrones. It all worked out nicely. The next we ended up spending a day in the ER of the Children's Hospital with a suspected case of appendicitis. When I let Jen know, she immediately asked if we needed anything and then put a block in the system that wouldn't allow anyone to automatically rent the house until we determined if we needed an extra night or two. So nice! The house has great personality and we loved that we got to share it with Rose.

We really enjoyed our stay in this comfortable home. Rose was very welcoming and a nice addition. Jennifer was correct with it being about 8 min. from anywhere. We would definitely stay here again if we ever visit Chattanooga again.

Perfect for relaxation!
This was a weekend getaway for my daughter and myself. We were close to the Chattanooga and mountain sites we wanted to visit and we had a lovely, hospitable home to return to at the end of our days. Rose was a sweet kitty--low maintenance and quite charming. I would certainly recommend this property for short or long term. The kitchen is well equipped, beds are comfortable with soft linens and the deck is perfect for bird watching and dining al fresco.

Clean, hip and close to everything!
We loved the decor and the setup of this house. The beds were very comfortable. Jennifer is so kind in her set up in the kitchen and the bathrooms. We had everything we needed to enjoy breakfast at home before venturing out. We would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable and Cozy
This is a vintage home that has been lovingly updated. The kitchen even has a chef-level Viking gas range - not that I cooked! - but there is ample counter space and utensils for anyone who wants to. Comfy living room and den. One bedroom is downstairs and has access to hall bath; upstairs king bedroom has private bath. All the rooms are large and the furniture and décor are lovely. However, we were a bit over eight minutes from everything, but we were not familiar with Chattanooga. Enjoyed Rock City, the Aquarium and a cruise on the riverboat. Last, but not least, little Rose is affectionate and quiet, very adorable. Thanks, Jennifer, for a lovely stay.

Thank you Linda for the kind review. With the construction ( Chattanooga is booming) I might need to change the title. The side roads and short cuts are hard to find. Rose and I enjoyed hosting ya'll.

The home is in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to all the attractions in Chattanooga. The home has a great deck for relaxing and enjoying family time. The home has everything you need when you are away from home. Two things I would recommend: There is no place to put your clothes away if you are going to stay multiple nights. There is no T.V. channel listing to know which channels are accessible. Overall, I would rate the property as a 4+. It would be a 5 if we could have used the dressers/chests for our clothing.

Great suggestion Bryan. I added the clothes Rack and the bench to address that problem and both downstairs closets are empty. But a small chest of drawers could be placed in the hall. Thanks

This place was awesome!!!
We were traveling and booked with short notice. Jennifer the home owner was great! I was not getting my emails updating to my phone for some reason and was worried our dates were not excepted. We were in route to the house and traveling all day to get there. I called VRBO and they put me in touch with the homeowner, which assured me everything was in order and the emailed information had been sent. I was just not getting the email, so she sent all the information to me by text. Thank you so much Jennifer and your house is so cute. It really felt like a home and our family enjoyed visiting us there too.

The place to be, in Eastern Tennessee
My wife & I spent last weekend here...wish I was there again this weekend. Cozy and relaxing. Our concert was cancelled so our schedule was up in the air. We shopped for antiques and ate Italian! We've stayed at a lot of VRBOs and Air B&B places...this is one of the nicest we've stayed. Well equipped. Jennifer was easy to work with...will probably try & stay there again; easy access, nice neighborhood. Trees block the morning sun from awaking you too early, if you wish to sleep late. Its everything you would want in a getaway place! BYOTP.....just kidding Jennifer! I can't say enough good things about the place.

Exceeds expectations
This is just a charming place with the sweetest cat included. Convenient to everything we wanted to do. The back deck is gorgeous for just relaxing after a full day. Everything you need is here. I highly recommend & will hopefully be returning for another visit.
