Only several miles from the hospital, Walmart, and local restaurants and it’s all highway except for a short drive past a few homes and up the driveway! One covered parking space, plus plenty of other free parking. Although this listing is new, Michelle has been hosting since 2016 and holds the status as an superhost.

This bottom apartment has a full kitchen; a spacious dining room and living room; and two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a twin. It’s one bathroom is what makes this space NOT handicap accessible, as the toilet and tub are raised and require a step up. Again, there is a TWO NIGHT MINIMUM.

The bottom apartment is all yours. You are welcome to be in the yard as well. You also have access to one parking space under the carport, as well as additional parking just outside from the apartment. This is a residential area, so courtesy is expected when coming and going. ****************************************
The heated pool is property of the owner and guests MAY have access to it upon communication with the owner. Chairs, loungers, and beach towels are available. This is “swim at your own risk.” The fenced in pool area stays closed from apartment unless requested to be open. Owner is not liable and of course there is no lifeguard. Pool stays covered when not in use and will generally be available from May to August/September, depending on the weather. If this is something you wish to use, just let Shelly know.
